Politics / Re: Xenophobic Attacks: Why Nigeria Won't Retaliate Now - Gbajabiamila by ogunboss: 9:40am On Mar 08, 2017
Finally, someone mentions retaliation. I don't know what they're afraid of. Retaliation is last resort but a gun shown shows seriousness, Even though it might not be shot. And I wonder why people call for the head of the S'African king who imcited people then and defend Apostle Suleman. They did the same thing, they both felt their people were losing and decided the best thing they could do was to attack the enemy. Just imagine if the apostle's disciples had taken his instruction to heart. That was how B'Haram started. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Yes joor, I agree with you. Just like Buchi Emecheta. You sidon dey type like say all of us no read Chinua Achebe.
Please (devoid of political colouration), your statement is insulting to the sensibilities of Igbo women suffering oppression. It is a rampant vice in general Africa.

Politics / Re: Yahya Jammeh Asks Buhari, Others To Postpone Gambia Trip by ogunboss: 10:40am On Jan 11, 2017
Unintelligent people everywhere, so because Nigeria has its problems, West Africa should be left to stew its juices? We forget that if the situation gets out of hand, we might have to deal with migrant crises. We forget that Buhari is not there as Buhari, he's there as Nigeria. Your dear brother that just joined the NA might be sent to die in another man's country as peacekeepers. And many other consequences. Nigeria is the giant of Africa and West Africa's 'guardian angel'. Every country runs into problems sometimes, but the onus is on us to be proud of our country, not to shirk our duties to the continent, for the common good.
God bless me,

People are funny.
Buhari blames Jonathan, he's a fool.
Fayose blames Buhari, he's the best governer.
Just look at it yourself, he calls PMB names but when he came out to say he paid 2 out of 6 months salary arrears and promoted a large number, only for the workers to come out and deny his claim. My uncle is an EKSG worker, I know what I'm saying.
Till date what has he done in Ekiti apart from stupid attention seeking acts. That his adviser, Lere Olayinka's permanent job briefing has become insulting the president.
I'm not saying its right but if PMB is as bad as Fayose Paints him, Ekiti would suffer the same fate as Lagos under OBJ.
To him Buhari is undemocratic, I remember Fayose disrupting the APC controlled state assembly at the beginning of his government.
My people, shine your eyes.

He only just re-echoed the obvious questions everyone kept asking and never got an answer to... How come the igbos in GEJ government never took advantage of his naivety and dependence on the south east for strength to massively develope critical infrastructures in the south east? They could have even use the 6yrs to pursue biafra legitimately at the UN. What a glorious opportunity missed. The realisation of the lost chance is the hate for Buhari.. Anyway am sure the south east will benefit more under Buhari than another past admin. Minister of Labour, Trade and Investment, Foreign affairs are just luvly for the business minded igbo nation. Funny enough other Nigerian tribes love the Igbos but my surprise is why the igboman thinks he is hated. Who hate igboman? They are funny, strong and industrious and can live anywhere. Is that somebody to hate on?
I wonder o
This man presented viable facts and mentioned names
They won't contest those facts but will always respond based on emotion. I still repeat the question, what did GEJ do for the SE? Imagine, they could have given a viable checklist to PMB. Somebori who is desperately looking for ground, he would answer them quickly. In the end, they'd be better off, Buh no, 'On Biafra we stand'

One thing I noticed is that exports increased, causing increase in dollar inflow, imports reduced, causing decrease in dollar outflow. While we must commend the president for his leadership, the people deserve the real praise. Its our tenacity and adaptability as a nation that got us to export more and import less respectively. We must however continue as such. We must take this nation as ours. Forget the political class. Economic indices are influenced more by the people than the political class.

I don't know if its just me but anytime this man speaks, its like he attended business school, I mean, he talks like a business man just like Dangote. He articulates his points well and robustly despite efforts by some people to present him as brainless. And for this 5% people, the day I heard an Igbo talk like that, I lost faith in this whole Biafra thingy, I mean how do you twist something someone said on natural TV so badly. I watched the interview, the interviewer raised concerns about people's fears that he would marginalise the section of people who didn't vote him and his answer as much as I remember is that 'I know people think I should pay more attention to people who gave me 97% over the ones that gave me 5%, but I want to assure Nigerians that I will treat everyone equally' and I think he said something about elections being over. This video is available online but I wonder why no one counters these people.

I wonder how Buhari and his cohort is going to welcome/handle this development and shameful act displayed by the military, police and DSS in Rivers state rerun.Am waiting to see how the military will react when video clips of how military men where busy man handling voters, kidnapping and snatching of ballot boxes.

For those of You across the Niger .Who is celebrating this show of shame by the federal might. When the war wil be ignited in Rivers state,it will not only burn in Rivers state .It will spread across the deltas and your parasitic life will also be affected

Rotimi Amaechi, the lost sheep of Ubima. Your hobnubing with some few northerners to achieve your temporary desire and creating of chaos in your state will never go unpunish. These people are your friends today, tomorrow they will abundant you just like they are doing to Tinubu.
You will dance unclad alone.
pls shut up already. Which war. Amaechi and Wike, which of them is not from Rivers state. Everyone knows that Rivers does politics of bitterness and cultism. It is not a recent development so pls stop dragging Buhari into this. This was how Wike became governor. The 'federal might' that you experienced, how much of it was experienced in Edo or Ondo? I know you keep deceiving yourselves that those elections were rigged, I can't speak for Edo Buh I'm an Ondo indigene. The only person that died was killed by the youth of the town after he continued preaching PDP to a people sick of Mimiko's leadership. Even PDP members blamed him for their loss.

All those abusing Wike know nothing about Rivers politics. I strongly believe they are not from Rivers State.
Wike is a grassroot politician. He needs no military to win election in Rivers State. He is so popular that people are willing to go all out to give him support.
If you think he rigged 2015 with the military why is it becoming difficult for Amaechi to do so effortlessly? Amaechi tried the first one he could not succeed. Second time same thing and this is the third time. Amaechi has always fan the ember of violence. He is well known.
No doubt Amaechi is a very popular politician and commands respect outside Rivers State. But in Rivers State anybody can win Amaechi in any political contest. He is bitterly hated along with anything he represents.
we understand. But we still remember how Amaechi was frustrated then too. He was locked out of government house. Oshiombole's plane was once grounded. APC's media office in Lagos was once torn apart by the DSS. All this during GEJ's tenure. So, its what this politicians do, Wike was once Amaechi's godson. Tomorrow, they might reconcile. The people I pity are the youths who allow the politicians to use them. They die and are forgotten and the gladiators move on

When our 'brothers' in the SS keep blowing pipelines, do you want him to start printing money. He has to shore up revenue which is why taxes keep going up. Blowing things does nobody no good. Buhari hardly seems concerned, crude will be imported from Niger. Revenue shortfalls will be borne by the masses and the SS bears the Environmental Problems that come with vandalising oil and gas pipelines.

Politics / Re: Ten Most Popular Governors In Nigeria 2016 - T.I.N Magazine by ogunboss: 1:50pm On Nov 06, 2016
But why? Why did you have to spoil everything by including Mimiko? As far as Ondo state RESIDENTS are concerned, he's a f**king b*st*rd (sorry for the language but its so you get what I'm saying) Yousaid infrastructure? He only did roads that lead to his markets. And in Akure, Ondo and Owo. Yes and he repainted dilapidated schools and hospitals. I was at SSHA the other day. Going in the external walls were good but getting in, no chairs on the corridors, I saw a room with tall cylinders probably oxygen, the roof had caved in and in several other spots. Moving out, there was this odor probably from the morgue but is that odor normal? This is in Akure for crying out loud. What about the remote towns. The answer my brother is Mimiko built everything you're hailing him for in Ondo, his home town. And I tell you they are not affordable to the common man He is as wicked as they get. Everywhere in the state, the feeling is general, release him into the streets and he'll most likely be torn into shreds, ask him what happened to his wife. Don't insult how collective intelligence in Ondo state by glorifying him. Someone we voted for fought for and some dies celebrating his victory at the tribunals but turned on us telling us implicitly that we have not suffered as much as Osun state.
