WHY ARE YOU GUYS STILL BASHING?
A young man sat in the comfort of his home and threw some tiny particles of livefeeds on the ground, and you guys started fighting like some senseless chickens.
We from the other side of the divide laugh at your glaring display of immaturity and foolishness from supposedly big majority ethnic nationalities.
I hate to say this but i am very disappointed in the both of you fighting over who is better and who's not.
What happens to the popular ''drawing board'' and ironing out issues and probably break this annoying marriage?
Emancipate yourselves from mental and ethnic slavery, none but ourselves could free our minds.

PoliticsRe: Nigerians Enjoy 16-Hours Of Electricity Supply - Nebo by Oildichotomy(m): 5:19pm On Jul 24, 2013
TechyGuy: Let me try and help you.

I don't enjoy up to 16hrs a day, I have friends that do and brag about it, also teasing me.

Therefore, I cannot say electricity is poor in Nigeria.
I can say it is in my area. In some areas it has improved and still improving.
I just hope my area does soon enough like the minister claims.
Now i see you're a bit confused.
A minister came out and said ''Nigerians (including YOU) enjoy 16hours of electricity daily, instead of you owning up and saying how you don't enjoy up to what the minister hallucinated about
You based your judgement on what your 'friends' who supposedly enjoy up to that hours.
Contradicting yourself, left, right and center.
Damn... Nigerians need to wake up and smell the coffee or else these lies would continue unabated.

Abegii, Police and their propaganda !!
You think if those boko boys are serious about mobolizing to Ogun state... These ill-equiped police would stand the test', they should perfect their intelligence gathering tactics rather than shouting uhuru for one mindless boko boy' arrest.
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Enjoy 16-Hours Of Electricity Supply - Nebo by Oildichotomy(m): 4:36pm On Jul 24, 2013
TechyGuy: You see how you are misleading yourself? Substantiate which claim, am I the PA to the minister?
Like I said earlier, my area is not up to his 16hrs claim, not good enough but I have friends who brag about good electricity in their area, and even called my area a village in Lagos (lol). I have been to those areas and experienced it myself, thats why I mentioned them. I will not speak for where I don't know like most of you are doing here.
Why speak for the whole Nigeria like you live everywhere?
And what have you said exactly?
Read again and come out with a point, you went gallivanting with semantics!

PoliticsRe: Nigerians Enjoy 16-Hours Of Electricity Supply - Nebo by Oildichotomy(m): 4:12pm On Jul 24, 2013
TechyGuy: The fact that you don't have electricity in your area or you don't support the present goverment should not be a reason to disagree with everything.
Read my previous post.
There are areas in Lagos that can boast of electricity up to 20hrs a day.
Ojodu in Lagos state has very good electricity, same with Alapere, Ogba, Yaba (Alagomeji area).
There are areas in Lagos were electricity is terrible no doubt, at least I know of Festac etc.
And you named five areas in Lagos to substantiate your claim? Even specifying a particular area in Yaba is pathetic enough. Still lies bro!!

EducationRe: Top 100 Best University In Nigeria: 2013 University Ranking(Webometric Ranking) by Oildichotomy(m): 10:26am On Jul 23, 2013
Those of you shouting uhuru this my school that, can't you question the source or probably the criteria used for the ranking if really the ranking is factual and consistent with the reality on ground? Or was that not taught in the school you are so supposedly proud of?

Infact the last time i checked, Majority of the schools "ranked" are on strike (i.e disrupted School calender)
No school is worth being ranked in Nigeria unless some very selected few.- they're all on the same pedestal struggling to stay afloat.

And they have 10 passenger jets under the country's maintenance payroll somewhere in Abuja hanger. Besides Nigerians experience this daily..so why the fuss? What's good for a goose is good for the gander!!

ekwah: So should we all stop using any name that denotes our tribes at formal functions too huh. How does the use of foreign wears solve the problem of tribalism? How exactly?
The same way English Language helped the problem of inter-tribal Communication to a large extent. Until we start seeing ourselves from a National perspective rather than ethnicity--- The '' Where you're from?" cliché is eating us up without we knowing .NB I didn't really say it "causes" tribalism--- I said it "promotes" it
ekwah: The only way forward for us all is to accept our diversity
Accepting our "diversity" does not imply fronting for a particular ethnic group or wearing a single cultural attire that represent your ethnicity. Why don't they wear attires that cut across all major groups -- if they're really serious playing the African diversity card.
P.S- I'm an X-generation dude with strong traditional values --- and I sure know when to draw the line between the two realities of civilization.--- Just so you know:: I don't wear suit on my casual Fridays---i rock my native with the bowler hat garnished with a stretchable Walking stick !
