Lithuania is very good country i got admission to study there recently,But Lithuania don't have Embassy in Nigeria only in Cairo,Egypt.But to get Egyptian Visa na serious issue, But for Business and tourism Hungary Embassy will issue the Visa on Lithuania behalf in Nigeria.About the student matter it's very okay to obtain the Visa in Ankara,Turkey, Don't hesitate to get back to me for further details.

@zombieghos , I thought HUNGARY Embassy Stopped issuing every Type of Category of Visas to Traveler's seeking to enter Lithuania some Months ago, due to alleged huge bribery scandal of the Hungary embassy in Abuja. @flysh , Contact Hungary Embassy in Abuja By phone and ask them where you can go or send your Documents to process a Lithuania Visa for short stay category tourism by following their Embassy Link: www.mfa.gov.hu/ as they were the people issuing it sometime past, not sure if they still do. OR better still, consult this website in EGYPT http://eg.mfa.lt/index.php?1416011252 . I think information regarding the Lithuania Embassy is there too. Thanks

@frakie , Burkina Faso is one of the ECOWAS Countries. Check this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_Community_of_West_African_States . You can travel there by just buying a ticket from any traveling agent without Visa but a Valid Passport.

But, where you not the same guy doing one Visa runs some days or weeks back?

I re-newed my own visa too this august and the process time was just 5days. the one i had expired july and i was intending traveling for this month, so i applied and re-newed. it took just about 5days and i received a text message my visa was ready. But its okay, i think i know the reason why mine was processed on time.

@larryshow4 , What was the reason yours was Processed within 5 days? The one I did for my Brother in February took just 4days. He submitted on Monday and the Visa was ready on Friday. The staff told me that it takes several weeks now as it's their new process. Let me know why yours took 4days as it's this same month I submitted and it's over 2 weeks now.

@larryshow4 , South Africa Visa is no longer 5days oooh. I went to renew my own Passport myself for a 1year visa as my 6months visa sticker has been expired since like 2years ago this month of August 2011. The VFS Staff told me that South Africa Embassy no longer issue Visas At the Stipulated time the once indicate on this website: http://www.vfsglobal.com/southafrica/nigeria/guidetoprocessingtimesandwithdrawals.html.

Once you apply, they would send you a text that very day, informing you that your Application has been Forwarded to the South Africa High Commission Lagos. They also told me there that they are now operating like UK embassy, that once they have finally processed your application, they would send you a text to inform you as they did when you first submitted. I hear also that the process takes even more than three weeks to one month. And I have submitted my Passport now going to like a little over 2weeks and I have been checking and the website keep telling me that it has been forwarded to S.A High Commission. So that Nakita guy is not a scam, he is sure of what he is saying regarding the processing time.

Things has changed, they only did all those shortening of time to attract customers, as of 5years ago, South Africa took like 1month and 1 week to stamp 3months Visa. And I am sure they have gone back to their old system, so if any one is intending to apply for urgent business, conference trip purpose, then he should use a trusted agent that can guarantee him the Visa within 1 or two weeks.

@olaabiodun , Sir, have you applied before or about to apply? If no. Then Every Embassy is expected to accept a Sponsor account for undergraduate studies as a student can't sponsor himself. So they would surely accept your sponsor account and every other documents you can produce too. So try and check out their website for documents and information required from a 9ja student.
