This seems very correct. Some low end inverters will also do this restarting and stopping process to try to accommodate or understand this high voltage. This is one area hybrid inverters excel and they already know how to adjust their voltage accordingly. One way round it is to reduce the output voltage to the battery from the charge controller a bit, that can help. That implies that the charge controller has to be the type where you can adjust parameters durodee: Your invictus inverter seems to work on an algorithm that does not factor in higher voltages to the batteries during charging. Inverters are meant to compensate automatically and not allow working on a premise that if 48v DC imput =240AC output, then 56v DC should equal 300v AC!!!! |

Possibly, but don't forget the guys who make the cells are different from the final assembly plants. Ibeju Lekki axis of Lagos is said to be corrosive, things rust faster there. I have also heard takwa bay is like that too Oshomo12: Lol, if they could use such shiiity material for terminals, do you think they will do better in the cells section?
Corrosive area, in Nigeria? I don't think so.

Compound interest is so powerful that it is usually very difficult to believe. The only problem is how to ensure that constant 20% interest rate. ositadiima1: Mathematically, 10K will turn into 24m at 20% annual average returns for 43 years. Nothing really to argue about here, we can simply allocate the portion meant for our 4 refineries to him, that one non be issue. Sir, you gave us a good analysis sometime ago about the direction the dollar was going, the present reality seems not to have followed the model you came with? awesomeJ: This is what I think it is! It's the production not just the exports.
Regulating only the exports would have been better for us.
But Barkindo should be able to push for things in our favor now.
Otherwise, the only real advantage of the Refinery will come down to eliminating shipping costs to a fro on the circa 450k bpd that we consume, and reducing incidences of looking for buyers for our cargoes.
This is why I said we need to discount some uncertainties around the overall impact of the Refinery on our FX position. |

I do not think that cost can stay static, it is a cost that will keep decreasing yearly. Using statistical analysis, it can get to a stage where it will be almost zero after some years as the material and installation cost would have paid for itself. I want to understand how that calculation is done. it seems too cheap to be true. what would then be the cost per Kwh with storage? |

Why would you wish war on anybody? E non good na. Even wars that seem not to concern us have their indirect impact on us. OPEC regulates your export not what you do locally with your product. I believe we can refine whatever quantity we want in our local refinery but can only export the quota given to us. ultron12345: Hmmm... This is a good point you raised oo. Nigeria wouldn't be able to increase capacity just like that because of OPEC quotas. Such increase will even cause a fall in prices.
Well, I think Nigeria should go ahead and ramp up production. If opec wants production cuts, those cuts should be targeted at the richer members like Saudi Arabia and UAE. Saudi Arabia has 30M people with quota of 11MBPD while Nigeria with 200M people is given quota of 1.9MBPD. The UAE with 9M people has production of 3.5MBPD. Which kain rubbish be that?
Hopefully, another war breaks out in the Middle East soon so it can affects some oil production facilities there, reducing output from the region. Let us also pray against peace in Libya, before those ones increasing production. Another problem is this Biden. He will now go and make peace with Iran, remove all sanctions, and before you know it, Iranian oil is on the market. Hopefully, the Iranians refuse to return to the nuclear deal as a sign of respect to the murdered General. |

Banking in Nigeria has the best of both worlds. They are both an online business and a normal brick and mortal business. Close their branches and they utilize their online shop. This has to be wrong info. Electric shock on battery terminal suggest that the inverter has an issue already. In my experience, earthing will take away those kinds of leakage current rather than allow it shock you. dejidotun2000: You got a shock when you touched the positive battery terminal.
It wasn't because the inverter was not grounded. If anything, you will get a shock while touching the positive terminal because it is grounded !
Grounding prevents you from getting shocked only if you touch the metal casing.
It's possible that the AC output of the inverter is somehow coupled with the DC input possibly through the transformer. |

Rather unfortunate that we have degenerated to this level in our cities, but in many small towns and villages, people are still relatively trust worthy. People still leave their kids with their neighbor, people still leave their market wares over night in their market stores with only nylon to cover them. In many of those towns and villages, salary of 60k is not uncommon and they are contented with it. It is in such places that the air is still clean, you are close to nature, and child upbringing is still a communal effort. In some of these places, their houses are not even fenced and yet very little or no boundary conflict. There is still some level of honesty in a lot of Nigerians, but you are more likely to find it in simple towns and villages than in places like Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Donbrig: I understand you, but we all cannot be heartless and cruel to each other in this country. Just look at where our greed and heartlessness had landed us as a country. You cannot even trust anybody, not even members of your family or sleep with your two eyes closed. Killings, hate, dishonesty and bad news everywhere. Nigerians are far better than that, we need more honest and kindhearted people in this country, not people who wants to make money at all cost, even at the expense of other peoples lives and happiness. |

What do you think is CBN's endgame in all of this? It is now clear to even the blind that a lot of Nigerians with free income will rather not still put it in the real sector of the economy. I was having a chat with a friend of mine the other day and he was asking why the very rich Nigerians do not invest in startups, most start up grants in Nigeria come from angel investors abroad, why?awesomeJ: Certainly.
December savings bonds will probably start seeing 0.Bleep in coupon offerings.

The moment I woke up this morning to read that the email was not sent, I knew the emotional aspect of her had taken over. I wonder how many other victims are affected? and to think it is first bank. Like someone already said up there, banking in Nigeria is now so easy with various apps, online, code etc, she really has to pray that the bank do not deny her because she practically made her account a shared commodity herself, the luck she has is that the person works in the bank otherwise the bank can deny her.
