How come no one is even asking why you or your friend tried to game your employer by putting fictitious names on your report rather than do the actual work of prospecting, now that shit has hit the ceiling you are looking for ways to run away from your shadow and still not accept responsibilities for your action or even ready to learn.

For your info, this is a fraudulent act even if it is not directly a financial one but it can be tied to money lost from the employer;'s point of view.

paulGrundy:
A contract staff was queried on marketing report without prior notice/warning (they are to followup customers and prospects everyday and write a report on the outcome). he was accused of putting in some ficticious names and information. He was found guilty by disciplinary panel and dismissed on grounds of falsification of information, deliberately misleading panel and doubtful integrity.

He is looking for another job.
HR personel in the house, can he include the experience he has with the said firm on his CV?
will it affect his chances of getting another job?

note: its not a fraud case or money issue. The victim was witchhunted.

Secondly, what is the withdrawal procedure?

I think the minimum amount required for investment there is above the pay grade of most folks here which I believe is the reason why no one mentions such opportunities.

Oga, please explain the bolded.
Op, there is a solar energy community on Nairaland, make your request on the thread and you will get real expert advice.
Here is the thread https://www.nairaland.com/390522/solar-energy-complement-fta/934#down

eliok:
300w panel solar will generate 1100w under max sunlight

So

22 fans of 200 watts each 4400 watts .
40 bulbs of 25 watts 1000 watts

Energy loss is 1000 watts
Add all

About 7000 watts of power needed
You can't empty the whole battery bank.

So 7000+ extra 3000 = 10kva power needed.

So you need ten 300watts panel

And ten 12v 150ah battery
Or seven 200ah battery

Hope you get the idea
This is my rough estimate.
Load accuracy is important

ositadiima1:
The RSI(Relative Strengh Index) developed by J. Wilder in the 1970's is a popular indicator. It is mostly used by trend followers, you know, the TA guys. Basically, it counts up days(days with +ve returns) and down days(days with -ve returns) plug them in an equation and compute a single number, this number gets updated every new day.

According to these guys when the indicator is at 70 or above, they claim that the stock is overbought and that a downwards reversal is eminent, likewise, when d indicator is 30 or below it is in the oversold region and an upward reversal is due.

Does this idea have a scientific basis? Does it really work? Well, for one, if it did work trading would be super easy nah, buy at 30 or below, sell at 70 or above, rinse, repeat and become a millionaire. grin

I suggest u stay tuned as I am going to test this hypothesis with our very own NSE data...

If I am CBN, I will take note of those who kept faith with us during these low rates and ensure they become the only ones that benefit from future increases in rates not we that are their fair weather friends.

Uniquisite:
Stop rate for the 91-day bill was raised to 0.50 per cent from the previous 0.04 per cent, the 182-day tenor rate was lifted to 1.00 per cent from 0.50 per cent, while rate for the 364-day maturity was moved up to 1.50 per cent from 1.21 per cent.

Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ojesymsym:
It is for this bolded reason that I do not like them (FPIs). FDI are less likely to runaway as they cannot carry their factory in their head as the FPI are able to carry their own money with a click on their laptop (they don't even use portfolio again to move their money) away.
awesomeJ:
The October in flows were mostly T-bills money from institutional investors. T-bills discount crashed to sub 1% for the first time perhaps in NTB's history, and market still had 8-12% yields on several stocks, so naturally those inflows came. You may check the NSE October domestic and foreign investors participation report to confirm. I haven't checked the said report but I expect it to confirm what I've said.

About FPIs returning, that's mostly good for our currency now, it's their rush to exit that's often bad.

Imagine them coming back with $5bn net this quarter, reserves will grow to $42bn.

But when they want to move out in a hurry, it won't be funny. I remember March They we're offering Nestle that I bought at 1200 for 765, it was still full offer.

But with markets around the world mostly performing well, FPIs may not want to take the risks with emerging markets just yet.
Investment › Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ojesymsym: 10:02pm On Jan 12, 2021
Is that sustainable, will they not be back as soon as the whole COVID wahala is over.
As a matter of fact, we suspect they were around in October when the stock market started seeing unexplained inflow, 'me' think that they are still lurking around.
awesomeJ:
Another exciting thing for me is the fact that in the course of 2020, we significantly weaned ourselves off FPIs.

For the first time in years, NSE has over 60% dominance by local investors.

and OMO bills sold reduced by over N5trn (about $13bn) yoy.

The pressure of FPIs using their hasty movements to crash our stock and currency markets has now been significantly reduced.

This is one experience that happens to many forms of investment. It is usually all good until it is time to pull out your money then you either start hearing stories or seeing spurious deductions. Insurance companies are fond of that.

Philantropists:
My Experience dealing with a financial institution based out of naija
I had a bitter experience with the institution with constant back and forth to the extent i almost lost N1.2 million. I opened accs for myself and minors with proof as their legal guardian, the accs was opened and i made deposits to mine N55m and N400k each for the minors, when it was time to take out the funds the bank refused to release the funds saying i should get the authorization of any other legal guardian the minors may have before the funds can be released, Is this legal?

For nearly a week, we were battling it, they demanded for documents that I never imagined. They kept refusing the documents i tried to offer, asking for additional documents issued by their government which was impossible to provide. I will advise anyone who intends to invest funds outside the shores of Naija to think twice, when you invest and keep seeing profits it's all good, when you want to take out the funds is when you will truly know some of these offshore banks are criminals. It is better to put your money where your mouth is, do not trust financial institutions, they will they to try embezzle your money even while you are still alive. Better to invest in properties and going forward 80 percent of my portfolio will be properties.

Sir, if you keep equating MBA with Forex, you may take same risk with same result. Most of these guys that claim to trade forex with consistent 20% do not really do any live trade.
During the early craze of Forex in 2007/08, there was a lot of hype about the magic of forex only for people to discover that the trainers only made money from training (like the executive class you say is starting on the 11th). Since that 2007 till now, I have never met one person that made money from Forex and did not lose it. Most lose their account, those who have some form of success will tell you that they were successful until they made a mistake and their account got blown.
Personally, I intend to have fun with forex as a pastime soon, but not with any amount more that $100.
Why am I taking out time to try to prevent you going into forex? Simple, because you have lost money from it already and I suspect you have entered that dangerous mode than gambler get into when they loose money, they always believe they can win it back, but in the process, they end up sinking deeper and deeper into more loses.
Since you are very busy with work, just close eye and buy Zenith bank shares, it is still at 10 EPS even at the high price it has even today.
Dec FG bonds was even 12% last month with 50 million be minimum subscription. You still get options bros.
I personally use to learn from the matured Barrytone moniker contribution, do not allow emotions and pride lead you into losing your life earnings, all those guys calling you bros in the area will be the first to start saying "wertin he use he money do sef".
I know it is not my money or business, but na God I take beg you, don't listen to internet marketers who promise you heaven and earth with forex. Remember your old principle of slow and steady.
RayRay06677:
mehn, you guys can dig up anything. its cool. truth is the turn in event. the economy, the covid threat on job security, devaluation and others was making targets seems unreachable in future though we met 2020 target by march, future targets where definitely never gonna come by with buhari and emefiele on seat and buhari is not good at firing failures. way out: I was losing capital already without doing anything. I even did Tbills at 3%, bills were maturing and nothing insight. forex was an attempt to take the risk I wasn't used to knowing well that anything can happen. it was a well calculated risk that its outcome wouldn't matter but valuable lessons are learnt or better still if it works out then we can retire to trading. still on track, no looking back yet, MBA is first set back but not discouraging enough.

Lesson learnt: trade on your own and bear the outcome. thanks for the concern

Aquilapriscilla:
Same with me , I still think that's not barrytone. Barry cannot just fall for MBA he is streetwise... Remember the trick he gave when dealing with stronghead tenants. It worked perfectly.

In theory, they should be able to cash out but human nature is not usually like that, most times, they will plunge back both capital and profit into the scheme for the BIG KILL which will increase the risk of losing all.
Some others do not really withdraw it from their wallet, mistaking wallet money for money in hand.

Are you sure it is not Ray's money that crashed it early? With the homongous money he put in it, that may have made it possible for the MBA guys to achieve their target quickly, compared to all the small small money others were putting. Just saying.

emmanuelewumi:
It is confirmed and official that MBA Forex has crashed

The experience gained and lesson learnt is more valuable than the amount speculators lost in the venture.

Experience is the best teacher, but smart people learn from the experience of others.

So far, all those saying I talk to my kids and they listen all say their kids are under 5 years old. I want to hear the opinion of those who use either methods and what the outcome was when the kids approach 16 years old and entered adulthood.

It is those outcomes I want to hear, because at less than 5 years old, most kids are still very dependent on their parents, the true test of any approach is when the child has grown and still follows the values you inculcated in them.

LOL... Looks like we typed at the same time, yes I do not think Stanbic followed through with it. Their interest rate is however confusing to me, the money seems almost static.

EarlyCareer:
Stanbic has been reviewed back to previous metrics: 1,000USD initial and then subsequent deposits of around 500USD. An email was sent to their subscribers concerning this.

Anyone with contrary info can counter.

Thanks for this. I will look at investnow then. Do you use them for their dollar investment also?
As for your Stanbic minimum entry, I think they tried that but I doubt if they followed through with it.
seyisanya:
Stanbic has a minimum of $20,000 entry deposit and the same amount per top-up! United Capital has a minimum entry amount of $1,000 then subsequent top-up in multiples of $500. I think UCAP(investnow) has the best YTD rate(7.5%) in the dollar-denominated mutual fund market at the moment. FBNQuest minimum initial investment is $2,500 and subsequent top-up of $500.

VDF is not so clear to me. Oga Emmasoft to the rescue. I think you need an initial deposit of $25,000 but not sure of the subsequent top-up amount required.

I pray I don't get banned for this response cheesy cool
