Ladies if you know you won't let them fvck please don't collect any thing from them.. You've a silly mentality of woman and relationship. With your posts so far it's very obvious you've nothing to offer in a relationship except money, you're not bedmatic, ambitious, intelligent and you were never and will never be a good companion and you've refuse to adjust that mentality of yours that it is not all girls (African) that can be bought with money. Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Cv-ing The Right Way by Ojuri20: 8:45am On Jun 20, 2018 |
MsOyinCareer: As the right CV (Curriculum Vitae) is the first step in the door of your dream job, when writing a CV, it is therefore important to keep in mind that your CV is the first representation of who you are, that the interviewer will see. So you’ll agree with me that the importance of having it the right way cannot be overemphasized.
Tips for A Top Notch CV:
Fonts should be eye-friendly and consistent: A recruiter would not keep reading through a CV that’s causing eye pain. Some CVs do. You keep wondering why the candidate had to use such font at such big size. Also, you find CVs with about 4 fonts on one CV. Not good, stop it. If you must use more than 1 font, ensure consistency. Use one for headings, another for the body etc... Don’t just write with any that pleases you in a section. Two fonts in all are enough.
CV Alignment: How’s the alignment on your CV? Is it properly justified, aligned left/right etc. as it should? Spacing: Do not leave so much space in between just because you want to create a 3-pages CV. If everything you have to write can only fit in a page. Then write a beautiful 1-page CV.
Bullets: So important, I had to give it its own number. Be consistent with bullets. Don’t use square bullets on headings in one section and then move to the next section and use round bullets. For example, all headings should have same bullets; all subheadings should have the same type of bullets all through too.
Spelling Errors: You should diligently go over your CV to ensure there are no spelling errors. Imagine recruiting for a Content writer or Accountant and I keep seeing spelling errors on your CV. It simply tells me that you are not as meticulous as you should be. That surely is the end of the recruitment process for the particular candidate. Carefully go over to ensure there are no errors. How much attention you pay to these first 5 points, really shows how attentive to details you are.
Visibility of Contact Information: At first glance your contact information should be visible. There should be no need to scroll down to see what your phone number, contact address or email address is. Also as a recruiter, I do not support the idea of not including a contact address in your resume. Why? Let me give an example. Recently, I was urgently recruiting for a role in Lagos. Had close to a thousand resumes to go through. Opening up a CV I needed to quickly know who was in Lagos or not. Then group according to different locations. I opened a CV and I couldn’t find an address. I just moved to the next candidate. With so much CVs left, there was no time to try calling to know where the candidate was.
Your Career Objective/Profile: Make sure it shows that you have depth and have properly reflected before putting together the paragraph. Well written, straight to the point & giving a total picture of what your objective is / a summary of who you are as a professional. I recently saw a supposedly experienced candidate’s career objective as, “To be successful in all my dealings in life.” That’s a huge NO NO.
Till the next edition, may the odds be in your favour! Happy Monday and have a greatness filled week!

Food › Re: Nigerian Vegetable Stew Recipe: How To Prepare Healthy Vegetable Stew by Ojuri20: 11:20am On May 25, 2018 |
ikukuhero: You need to boil the beef / fish first to get the stock out. Remove the fish / beef from its stock before frying. Personally, I do not fry my fish/ beef/chicken/Turkey. I just grill them in an oven or allow them fry in their own oil, in a non-stick pot on low heat. For me, It tastes better that way. Dry fish works well with this recipe.
In addition, this recipe can also taste nice with water leaves, soft pumpkin leaves, or those dark purple aubergines. If made with pumpkin leaves (ugu) or aubergines, try eat the sauce with boiled yam or boiled unripe plantain. For aubergines, you need to cook and mash the raw aubergine before adding it.
Now, whoever started this thread has got me salivating. TGIF! Enough time to eat good food.. I can relate...You're a great cook Take a bow pls |

You can waste money because as long as you have time you can always make it back but time lost is gone forever
To all of you reading useless threads about women, sex organs, wooing girls , love lost and all etc
This is a forum where you have the rare opportunity to interact with potential investors, business partners, CEOs , start up enthusiasts, and venture gurus
And instead of reading the opportunity you would rather create vulgsr , useless and pointless threads there by wasting valuable opportunities and making serious investors back off thinking most people here are not focused well you will have yourself to blame for time wasted is precious and never returns
Alot of serious people who could change your life are turned off by such vulgarity and won't visit here again.. I have serious friends who won't tyoe nairaland on their rowser due to the tribal bashing , vulgsr threads and unserious topics like this here
Use this platform seriously and you won't regret it

Investment › Recharge And Get Paid by Ojuri20(op): 10:04am On May 23, 2018 |
Smart is art. The richest folks alive today are folks who sell things 8 billion people cannot live without; Dangote: Food Items. A huge percentage of the groceries in our supermarkets and malls are Dangote products. People must feed! Zuckerberg: Connection. Humans have an emotional and psychological need to connect and relate in the world. This is why we desperately and instinctively seek to socialize. Zuckerberg merely takes advantage of that innate longing. People must socialize. Property Owners: People must live in an enclosed and protected environment that shields them from the elements and other dangers, providing warmth and comfort. They must have a place to lay their heads after a long hard day's work. People must be sheltered. Etc. These people have one thing in common; they provide neccesaries; basic requirements of life. Things you and I cannot live without. These are not luxuries. They are necessaries. So if you want to be rich and wealthy in the nearest future, ladies and gentlemen, start investing your time and money in NECESSARIES. That will be a smart business choice. The fact is that many things that used to fit into the 'Luxury' box have moved to the 'Necessary' box. Once upon a time, mobile phones were luxury goods, but not anymore. You are a modern Eskimo if you do not have a cellphone, at least. You are literally unreachable or nonexistent. You just have to have a cellphone, if not a smartphone. Once upon a time, having an email or a gmail was not a necessary part of daily living. It was luxury. But today you are as good as not having a known address if you don't have an email address. The exigencies of modern life move luxury items to become necessary items. In 2018 and beyond, airtime and data bundles from telecoms companies (MTN, GLO, 9MOBILE, ETISALAT) ARE ALREADY and WILL CONTINUE TO BE Necessaries! What this means is that people will never stop needing and demanding these products. They have become so crucial to our survival that we can no longer live without them. We must buy airtime and data bundles to connect with families and friends, reach out to acquaintances, prospect clients and advertise products as well as market them, have online presence and carry out a myriad of transactions. Believe it or believe it, next to food airtime and data bundles rank next on the 21st century Priority Check List. There are many people today who are owing rents and utility bills but who never miss an opportunity to buy airtime and data bundles. In fact, there are people who would spend their last dime to purchase airtime and data bundles and then beg to feed. This is to demonstrate how madly crucial or necessary airtime business has become. Almost as necessary as feeding. So what does that tell you and I? It is sending a very strong message to smart people: investing your time and money in airtime and data bundles business is a guaranteed route to riches. You can never be wrong if you invest in buying and selling of airtime and data bundles. As long as humans exist you will always make money because they must use your products. They really do not have a choice anymore because they are necessaries. Do you think it is a happy coincidence that the richest man in Nigeria (Dangote) sells mostly food items and the second in ranking to him (Adenuga) sells airtime and data bundles? Guys, this is no coincidence. People buy airtime as often and as much as they buy food. You may argue that Adenuga is also into other businesses, but his Glo Company remains his mainstay and cashcow. Very soon virtually everyone in the world would have an e-wallet just as we now have e-purchase. A few decades ago nobody had e-mail but today virtually everyone does. The world is changing at light speed. I have offered folks an opportunity to key into that world by doing a business that gives them an e-wallet and provides them an opportunity to become rich by selling online the things people buy after food which is airtime and data bundles, but all I hear is mostly *cricket*. And then I was forced to conclude that most youths do not want money, they only want miracle money. They don't really want riches, they want miracle riches. In other words, they are looking for quick fixes. A business that pays you when you buy is a business any clever person would like to consider. Ordinarily when we buy something, we pay, we don't get paid. But here is a business that pays you for buying and even pays you when others buy, and people are ignoring? I just don't understand. I was thinking youths would jump at it, but no, only a few are smart enough. There's absolutely no way you'd do such a business consistently for 3 to 5 years and not be very rich; firstly because little dropsof water make a river and secondly because the products (airtime and data bundles) are not going anywhere anytime soon due to the fact that they are products people can no longer live without. Think about this for a second and be smart for the sake of your children and grandchildren. If you are as smart as a few youths that have come on board, I'll be willing to give you more details inbox by joining the WhatsApp link below https:///7p2cgwMz23E4h4OulbJTgO Happy Wednesday to you all. #truthissacred Selah. |
