If her HIV status is established as positive, your approach should be to know your status NOW. Repeat another test at the hospital in 4-6 weeks, 3 months then in 6 months. Ideally therapy should begin right away within 3 days. Efavirenz is okay, but you have to take that on empty stomach. And because the non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNTI) are known for their unique psychiatric side effects (nightmares, hallucination, suicidal thoughts, etc) and toxicity on the liver these class of ART drugs have fallen out of favor unless needed. Per the 2013 update on the IDSA Guidelines the PREFFERED PEP recommendation is a 3 drug regimen to include raltegravir, emtricitabine/Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate. Treatment duration is 4-weeks and don’t take this combo with antacids, H2RAs and PPIs. |
I just stumbled on this thread and all I have to say is Bravo!!! Keep up the good work Skimanski. I am eager to see the finished state of this wonderful edifice, particularly the rooms. The wardrobe doesn't look too sturdy but making it work with the limited space you have there is really brilliant. Is that a guest bedroom? A walk-in closet in the master bedroom just seems fitting for this project |
Perhaps the vision of Obudu has evolved so far beyond the original at this point that the name is interchangeable between Obudu Mountain Resorts and Obudu Cattle Ranch. I just can't seem to imagine refering to Obudu as a cattle ranch, yet all we see are drill monkeys and bananas. Honestly, at some point in the future I wont be surprised if it is renamed as Obudu Monkey Resort |
Obviously all the OP’s efforts at ensuring his/her vehicle has “cold AC” has proven to be futile. But refilling the Freon in your car every 2-3months is a clear indicator that your mechanic is a quack-----forget whatever he says unless you want to continue to hear “dem say, dem say” . It baffles me the sheer overdependence on non-professionals / roadside mechanics by anyone with a little bit sanity. Solution: Bring your vehicle to a specialist in auto air-conditioning, capish. |

The K1 visa is a much faster way to bring your wife over. However, it would take much longer to obtain a working permit than the immigrant visa. |
These fools have the interesting quality of makin money disappear in thin air before your eyes and perfecting the phrase "the more you look, the less you see" .Solution:------> 1. Be very careful and always count the money to be exchanged with yours yourself (even if money was counted several times before handed to you. This must occur before letting go your hard currency. 2. Copy down the numbers on your hard currency before heading out. 3. Realize that most of those con-artists (money changers) especially at Allen are small boys usually on foot. Whenever you change money, go with somebody else preferably someone with a really short fuse that at the sight of any mago mago will be ready to beat down that daring con-artist. |

Thanks Desse. In terms of reconstruction though for instance in the process of making a room wider, putting up demarcations or wall hangings, isn't it more feasable with wallboard/sheet rock than cement blocks? Also how is the availabilty in the local market? |
I think the market is intended for the Vaio crazed. |
A lot of houses in Nigeria are built with cement blocks to the point of overuse sometimes (my view). Are there any detriments of building with a combo of sheetrock/wallboards, wood and cement? Your responses are highly appreciated. |

youngies:Dude, your writing reflects the anatomy of your deranged divisive reasoning. But first, I'll remind u that Nigeria's natural resources isn't a right to inheritance of lazy faceless thieves cowardly hiding behind black veils causing rawkus in their communities. As a president of the country it is incumbent of Yaradua to control and contain the situation at hand in the interest of Nigeria as a Federation----nothing to do with small boys (youngies) in the delta. Therefore brace yourselves or MAN UP and get a real job. , What is the definition of a Freedom fighter? Where is the UN Freedom Fighting Chatter? Dude if you don't have anything meaningful to say, why not continue sipping your coffee than ridicule yourself in a public forum, You look that up phoney baloney Freedom fighter and tell us if it entails raping women, killing at will and demanding ransoms from foreigners. Put yourself in the position of the voiceless minorities in your community and imagine that was your own very mother that was raped or killed under the thwarted perogative of sick men really fighting for bigger pockets. You have exactly no point here bro--- , Yaradua should roll in the tanks and the troopers and get them crushed? You are a neophite in conflict resolution and management. You can only say this because you have managed to smuggle yourself into another man's country. Resolving this conflict is quite easy----It's Nigeria's way or the highway for one. It could entail creating more jobs in the Niger delta, it also could involve community development through social amenities, good roads, state of art hospitals, etc. But it is hypocritical of the militants to stage as freedom fighters when nothings shows real and true development in their communities with the ill-gotten monies from ransoms to innocent fishermen, expats, pepper sellers, and the rest . Rather, they buy more arms and recruit more ex-cons. This emanates their tainted mindsets and an encounter where men will be men while the boys live up to tell of their history is just necessary. GUN TALK |
F#ck that!!! Nigeria has problems no doubt, however being the President, leadership ought to come from Yaradua and not from the dictates of thieves gone wild in Niger Delta. This is a case of our country losing millions of dollars from these crooks who have refused to get a descent job ---kidnapping expats, blowing up pipelines, raping women, killing fishermen, wrecking havoc in communities, when is it going to stop? I mean who rules the country? Freedom fighters don't do crap like this and I suppose amongst the bad eggs, there might be some of them with actual good intentions-----but the vices underscores the virtues and no matter how you cut it ---order need to be in place there. What those guys are doing isn't uplifting to the region nor the country at large. And by propounding that Yaradua have a round table discussion with the militants is akin to pacifying armed robbers with resources when you're locked and loaded with a whole army with you. We cannot continue to send our boys to neighbouring countries when we have this quasi- hostage situation in the country. Needless to say that some folks only listen when they lay dead on the floor.
