I can't recollect but this was almost what the op captioned the title as " Pat Utomi blasts PMB. Says he's a joke.

Utomi said the budget process is a joke not Buhari is a joke.

He also appeared on the said programme before Buhari presented the budget to the Assembly.

Utomi's reason for saying the budget process was a joke is based on the non-implementation of parts of the budget caused by weak leadership.

Baba must not accept remittances in Naira should they decide to voluntarily forfeit some yams- they must be in very hard currencies!!

- sack subsidy
- delete subsidy from the budget
- sack employees working on the subsidy payment analysis in NNPC
- block any protest by any groups with armed forces
- any PDP member that has objection should be dealt with accordingly
