Fufu and Atama soup for breakfast. This one is fresh atama leaves and water leaves. I was trying to avoid the stress of pounding palm kernel and preparing it so I opted for the water leaf method but I still ended up spending more than 5hrs in the kitchen yesterday to prepare it . Wish they can make some things optional like; the opportunity to re-use text books as I have same books 3 sets in my house, buying normal notebooks instead of the school branded notebook which is too expensive in my opinion.

Since you are buying in bulk, it's best you buy the dry one and grind it in the market with those people that grind.

Last time I bought, I bought Karen(Pepper type) #800 for Quaker oat tin well measured to the tippy top, I bought 2 tins then grinded it #200 in the mill which will serve me for a very long time as I'm not even a fan of dry pepper. I prefer it fresh-fresh.

I even heard some market women they grind kola with the pepper to increase the volume and some even add colouring
