The distance is normally around 242000km but now it is at it's closest point to the earth in orbit at about 218000km. It's closeness to the earth makes it bigger and brighter by about 7% and 15% respectively. |

Rubbish! It's the height of greed for Muslims to lay claims to both mecca and Jerusalems. Jerusalem belongs to the Jews not only in the bible but also in ancient records by Flavius Josephus (AD 37) and other books of history. That is why it is called the city of David. My question now is, if Palestinians were not forcefully converted to Islam, would there be any crisis in the middle east. Your guess is as good as mine. |

Majority of them believe more in idols than God. Why do you think they still put ballot boxes in shrines than other places in South East?
Why did you think Nnamdi Kanu instructed that no HERBALIST should welcome Uzodinma immediately after warning the Pastors?
Why do you think cultists settle scores even in churches in the South East?
Only Nnamdi Kanu, Elohem and Chukwu Okike Abiama can guide them Lies. |

Kulas: I am an Igbo man but I can beat my chest that this Yoruba Governor called Akeredolu for some time now has won my heart and he is my best governor in Nigeria Any politician that puts the interest of the masses first devoid of personal or tribal interest is who I goes with and this man has distinguished himself as one among Southern Governors. He is fearless,he is courageous and not ass licking to the President /Northerners like other Southern politicians.
A man that irrespective of party affiliation and personal/selfish interest like other governors and evil politician can speak out, courageous enough and stood his ground. It's very difficult to get such politician in this present day Nigeria that most of these politicians cannot speak out because of personal interest.
It's very unfortunate that even the Yorubas that suppose to see and take this man as their leader will be rallying around the selfish corrupt politician called Tinubu
Akeredolu is the type of man we can project as a presidential candidate and not those selfish corrupt ones parading themselves as Presidential candidate. Shame!
What do you think You are absolutely correct. My respect for him has grown tremendously in the last couple of days, especially his reaction to national issues. My vote for him anyday he decides to go for higher elective position. Just like Odumakin (RIP) he is so articulate and fearless! A real SAN not the sling carried ones. |

Business › Re: Suspend June Electricity Tariff Hike, National Assembly Tells NERC by Oksman(m): 8:03am On May 21, 2021 |
MichaelMega: The House of Representatives has asked the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission to suspend the plan to review electricity tariff in June.
It also condemned electricity distribution companies for transferring debts incurred by former occupants of building to the new occupants or tenant
At the plenary on Thursday, the House adopted a motion moved by Aniekan Umanah titled: ‘Call on the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission to Suspend the Proposed Increase in Electricity Tariff’.
Following the adoption of the motion, the House urged the Federal Government to direct NERC to “rescind the decision to further increase electricity tariff proposed for June 2021 in view of the hard times Nigerian masses are currently going through.”
The House further mandated its committees on Power, Poverty Alleviation, and Labour, Employment and Productivity to ensure compliance with the resolution.
Umanah, while moving the motion, noted that the Electric Power Sector Act of 2005 established the NERC with a mandate to license Discos, determine the operating codes and standards, establish customer rights and obligations and set cost-reflective industry tariffs.
The lawmaker also noted that the Act prescribed its funding from 15 per cent of electricity charges paid by customers to the Discos.
He recalled that the NERC, working with the Discos, had increased electricity tariffs five times since 2015, the latest being on January 1, 2021.
Umanah said, “The House is aware that despite those increases, Nigerians have not enjoyed significant improvement in power generation, instead they daily grapple with epileptic services from the Discos and unilateral exploitation in the name of estimated billing arising from non-metering of over 50 per cent of consumers.

Indeed Ipob has terrorised life out of you.. The guy has an obsessive psychological disorder. He so insecure. When someone hates, it is because he/she feel envy or want what the other person has. They may consider it unfair that someone has what they lack. Have contempt for another person or believe them to be inferior. Learn hatred from parents, their community, or other social groups. Are humiliated or mistreated by another person. I think he needs to see a psychiatrist. The governor did not mention any of the group he has already pressumed guilty, and the funny thing is that he has a lot of followers on this forum who believe in his halfwit submissions! |
Politics › Re: Palestine: Important Reminder To All Muslims by Oksman(m): 12:20pm On May 16, 2021 |
Murtadd4Christ: VIVA ISRAEL: DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST ISLAMIST BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY
It's quite ironic that your heading is an important reminder to all Muslims. Now let me remind you that your own so called Islamic prophet drove jews and Christians from the Arabian peninsula from their homes and businesses. Now you wanna cry and play victims when your Palestinian brothers are expelled from a Jewish land.
It's been narrated by 'Umar b. al-Khattib that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say:
I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim. : Sahih Muslim 1767a : Book 32, Hadith 75: Book 19, Hadith 4366
Suddenly you Muslims wanna cry when people treat you exactly the way you need to be treated. I can't believe that prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said this if not because of above quoted verse. I have always thought that he preached to them to live in peace with their neighbours especially the Jews and Christian because they also worship the same God? |

Muslim a religion of piss indeed, shameful head slammers
And lemme Educate you small, the only difference between a Jew and A Christian was that Jews never believed that Jesus Christ was their messiah whereas Christians do,that's why they have "AN EYE FOR AN EYE AND A TOOTH FOR A TOOTH" as their mantra.
Ciao You attacked the wrong person. Maybe you did not understand that I was reacting to his assertion that "Christianity is a false religion that can not unite it's members". Thank you. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel-palesrinian Conflict: What Makes Christians Tick? by Oksman(m): 7:21am On May 15, 2021 |
NoSentiment: The muslims are pained that their Palestinian brothers and sisters are massacred. This confirms the universality of Islam as a global religion and the strong brotherhood among muslims regardless of race, tongue and geography.
Why do you takes sides with Israel that has just 2% (177,000) Christians population against Palestine that has 20% (2.6m) Christian population? Isn't Christianity a universal religion? Or you don't have a sense of universal brotherhood in Christianity? If so, isn't this a shame that muslims love themselves regardless of race, tongue and geographical location compared to Christians who are on their own, everyone for himself and God for all of us?
Why is that so? Because Christianity is a false religion incapable of uniting it's own followers talk less of uniting humanity or people of all race, color and tongue? Christianity a false religion that can not unite it's members yet you discriminate against yoruba Muslims during prayer meetings, you are nothing but a hypocrite. |
