I am about to pay the listing fee for my domain on Brandbucket when I got to know that there is no Naija on their checkout (i.e. I can't pay with my Naija credit card) and the only mode of payment is credit card. Please I need help here. If you can help out, just let me know so that I can contact you. The listing fee is just $10. I believe a Payoneer card should be able to do the job.

Anyway, the recommended listing price is $2250.

What happened to presenting the correspondence between you and the buyer and educating EFCC on what you do? You can also print out some documents from Sedo, if the sale occur over their platform and show EFCC your previous sales.

if your domain is not with a proven steady traffic, forget about parking revenue (or bodis) and park your domain where it can get the maximum audience (sedo).

I just received an email from BrandBucket that they are not accepting my domain. Another email followed from Margot Bushnaq that he hitted the wrong button before and they are now accepting my domain.

I have $10 left on my domain budget and I dont like the idea of using it to list on BB when I can use it to buy some 7 domains. I go pay am sha, hope it sells fast.

In other news, Namerific rejected the same domain.

Namerific allows you to specify your price and does not request for $10 like BB before listing your domain.

I read on NP that BB CEO has to approve any domain coming to their platform. Since many people submit many names (cos they sells faster), their decision may sometimes take a month.

Let's see what BB decides. I'm not even planning on registering any brandable again, unless I make a sale and have some money to play with. The BB 40% commission sef na wa though making a sale is the ultimate goal sha.

You are right about "x" though I think the rule of premium alphabets should only apply to acronym domains. A 3 character domain with 'X' will suck because no important keyword can be abbreviated to X.

I'll advise anybody who want to register a brandable to read Brandbucket's criteria and make sure that his domain conform to it. One particular important point in that criteria is "tell your friend the domain and see if they can spell it correctly on the first try". This, to me, should take precedent over premium alphabets.

I'll take 'Pexet' over 'Boosi' even though Boosi contains the so-called premium alphabets and is also pronounceable but may not scale the BB criteria I said above.

My opinion though. Contrary opinion will be appreciated. We are all learning.

I submitted my brandable to them on Sunday and I was expecting a response until I read somewhere on Namepros that their response can take a month and even decline your domain. I quickly ported to Namerific.

Valuate, Estibot, DomainIndex: Take these appraisals as just guides and not worth, especially if you are appraising a non keyword-rich domain. These sites mostly use various search volumes and TLD category to valuate your domains. This means if your domain is not a highly searched keyword, you can be sure of getting '$0'.

If you want to confirm that appraisals sucks, try and appraise 'tripleadvantage dot com' on any of the sites mentioned above and let's see what you get. This is a domain that sold for $12k.

'Google Keyword Tool' has been rested not 'Google Adwords Keyword Tool'. The tool is for advertisers to select the right keywords for their Ad Campaign but it is also a good domain tool.

If you want the volume of 'exact searches' of some words (in the order you entered them), please login with your gmail account at the top right hand corner of the page. This feature also provides the CPC value of that keyword. The higher the better for your parking revenue. Hope this helps.
