sosy25:Jesus is my Lord and Messiah too. I thought you're one of those Buhari's worshippers. |
sosy25:Your messiah Buhari needs many of those nights. |
IpobExposed:Show us the evidence or keep shut forever. |
sosy25:When last did you advise the presidency to do their work rather than engaging in media propaganda? |
sosy25:Why do you guys like talking before thinking? Just take time to go through your statement again and tell us if vetting budget proposal is not within the jurisdiction of Ben Bruce. More importantly, are you claiming Buhari was not aware such bogus proposal was included in the budget? |
Bayelsa East Senatorial District Senator, Ben Murray Bruce has lambasted the Buhari led federal government for giving priority to animals while Nigerians are suffering. The Senator lamented that when Nigerians are finding it difficult to eat, the government during this period decided to budget a whopping sum of N40m to feed animals in the presidential villa. On his Twitter handle @benmurraybruce, Murray-Bruce tweeted: “It breaks my heart that at a time when many Nigerians can’t eat, we are budgeting ₦40 million to feed wildlife in Aso Rock Presidential Villa!" Recall that the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) recently released reports on the percentage of increment in prices of kerosene, petrol and transportation as against the previous year. These commodities are believed to be essential to every Nigerian as it directly impact their living standards. The reports which touched every state of the federation showed massive increments in terms of money being paid by Nigerians for these essential commodities. However, despite the gloomy report, and the drastic reduction in the purchasing power of Nigerians, the government budgeted a whooping sum for feeding animals. https://www.naij.com/1089015-when-nigerians-eat-buhari-budgets-n40m-feed-aso-rock-animals-ben-bruce.html?_e_pi_=7%2CPAGE_ID10%2C1170125431 |
NgeneUkwenu:Robotic unconscientious zombie, carry on. |
NgeneUkwenu:Shameless human beings. Instead of ruminating over the evil foisted on Nigeria by their incompetent slave Master (Buhari) and his journeymen , they're here salivating over PDP internal affairs. When Fayose spoke about APC internal crisis in 2014, Lai Mohammed simply asked him to mind his business. Here we now have busybodies who won't just maintain their lane. |
xxgig:So in your own judgement, these highlighted discrepancies are not huge enough to invalidate an election result? The country would run into troubled waters if you dare go near any corridor of power. |
dodelight:I trust Oshokomole to respond swiftly and appropriately. Personally I don't subscribe to incessant loans/bailouts to States but what's good for the goose is equally good for the gander. If the FG has chosen to be a father Xmas, then it should be fair to all. |
Whereas one "Mr. Integrity" was even giving a top aide pat in the back for cornering more than N200million meant for IDP Camp project. A tale of two worlds. |
drss2:It's simply because their progenitor and chief navigator (Satan) is the father of lies. |
GMBuhari:Let him that hasn't sinned cast the first stone. Check your life too. |
onnenka:This is not about religion, an injustice to one is injustice to all. |
adadike281:Very unfair. |
yarimo:Are you saying the fund should be diverted for more SGF grass cutting projects? You people are pitiful. |
yarimo:Are you saying the fund should be diverted for more SGF grass cutting projects? You people are pitiful. |
OmidinaKayode:This guy, hope you didn't skip your routine evening medicine. What has state fund got to do with religion? How did you get to Nairaland? |
Bibors:And these people cried blue murder when Obasanjo withheld Lagos State allocation during his administration. APC's change is nothing but a ruse. |
ogologoamu:Which one is ok, Fani-Kayode's alarm or FG's alleged withholding of Ekiti allocation? |
Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has weighed in on the seizure of Ekiti state allocation by the federal government. Fayose yesterday said the Federal Government has started witch-hunting him for criticizing its alleged unwholesome policies. He decried failure of the Federal Government to pay the allocation and budget support for the month of January for the state. Fayose also alleged that the FG was using the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to frustrate his on-going projects in the state through alleged frivolous petitions. But in his reaction on Wednesday, Fani-Kayode said the Muhammadu Buhari-led government should stop punishing the masses because the President does not like Fayose. He noted that, “The Federal Government’s refusal to release the monthly allocation to the Ekiti State Government is petty, vindictive and reprehensible. “Simply because the courageous Ayo Fayose has become the rallying point of opposition against Muhammadu Buhari does not mean that the people of Ekiti state should suffer. “I call on the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo to intervene in this matter expeditiously and release the Ekiti State Government’s allocation forthwith. http://dailypost.ng/2017/02/15/stop-punishing-ekiti-buhari-dislikes-fayose-fani-kayode-warns-fg/ Cc: Lalasticlala, Mynd44. |
Hope the trip was financed from their respective pockets. I thought Garba Shehu and Adeshina said Buhari will be home soonest. |
See gobe! The caption and the body of the post are miles apart. One says FG, labour agree new minimum wage while another is talking about agreement to review. Well, I am not surprised since APC is gradually making deceit a part of our constitution. |
OBAGADAFFI:Good point. Don't mind that guy. |
1wolex85:You obviously lack analytical intuition just like your fellow zombies. I used APC campaign promise denials to drive home my points and counter your earlier jaundiced post. Don't bother to quote me again because you won't get a pleasant reply. |
1wolex85:I don't need your opinion on the pointlessness or otherwise of my post, leave that to the other Nairalanders to decide. Meanwhile, how many times has the presidency denounced fake publications that seemed to be in their favour? What of the numerous campaign promises brandished in the media and used by APC to curry votes from Nigerians only for the party to dissociate themselves from those promises after assuming office? Don't think you're conversing with a dunce. |
obailala:Even if their motive centres on prejudice, don't you think the president owes even his supporters some level of respect by speaking out? This is not 17th century my friend. |
obailala:Are you saying this because you're a fan of the president or simply displaying traits of arrogance? Can you imagine a United States president rendering himself incommunicado amidst rumour of death simply because he's on vacation? Is this how Nigeria wants to catch up with first world countries? |
knightsTempler:I don't think he really cares. A two-minute Skype video on NTA would have put all these to rest. |
temptnow:For who? |
Agadinho:What do you have in the head? Lice? Lol |
1wolex85:How did you know it was a mistake by Daily Post and not a connivance with Buhari Media Organisation? When did you become a pseudo spokesperson for the president? |
