what happened with Mallam Nuhu Ribadu huh

It is unfortunate how misguided and insensible Asiwaju's recent press statements has been.

....liars need to have good memories
You are absolutely right. We are now begining to see how treacherous, inept and intellectually deficient Tinubu, Fashola and many APC leaders are. Was Tinubu on drugs when he uttered this statement? Was he indirectly implying that he worked against Nuhu Ribadu, his party's presidential candidate in 2011? Can such questionable characters be harbingers of positive change in Nigeria? If there's any APC supporter who still hold Tinubu, Fashola, Buhari and other APC leaders for their words, he/she must be insane! Nigeria cannot be entrusted in the hands of Tinubu and his satanic party, the APC.

They criticise the govt at any slight opportunity and hold the nation to ransom through senseless strikes but when subjected to the mildest test of electing their leaders, hell was let loosed and the centre seems not to hold again. With this NLC shenanigan and macabre dance of many of our politicians, one may begin to ask if there are still responsible elders in the land.
Politics › Re: Jonathan Taking Advantage Of Immigration Jobs Tragedy -APC by OLADD: 3:49pm On Mar 14, 2015

http://www.punchng.com/news/jonathan-taking-advantage-of-immigration-jobs-tragedy-apc/

The All Progressives Congress has accused President Goodluck Jonathan of taking political advantage of calamities that have befallen Nigeria under his watch, saying giving N5m toeach family that lost a relative in the Immigration recruitment exercise after one year is not only belated but aimed at soliciting votes. In a statement issued in Lagos on Saturday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the party wondered why it took thePresident one year to act on the promise he made to the families, adding that but for the forthcoming elections, the President would have simply ignored the families, “in his usual style.””The truth is that this President was forced to act because of the elections.

Otherwise, why has it taken one year for the President to redeem his promise to the bereaved families? Why has hisAdministration not sanctioned those who sent innocent job seekers to their early graves after extorting them? Why is the Interior Minister,Mr. Abba Moro, who presided over the deaths, still in office, virtually dancing on the graves of those innocent youths?”Sunday, March 15th, will mark one year since those vibrant youths were lured to their deaths by a callous federal government that failed them in all ramifications, including the security of their lives and the assurance of their welfare, the raison d’etre of any government.

It is therefore utterly reprehensible, immoral and wicked for the same administration to seek to make political gains out of the needless tragedy,” it said.APC said President Jonathan, “in his desperation for re-election, has also sought to take political advantage of other tragedies, including the Buni Yadi massacre of school children and the abduction of Chibok girls.”After refusing to even visit the families of those school children in Buni Yadi and Chibok, the President suddenly woke up and startedsending delegations to meet with them, all this because he needs votes. As a parent himself, how will the President feel if he had been so treated? Why must the President put his re-election over and above everything else, including the welfare and security of Nigerians? Is there no limit to desperation.”

It said Nigerians are keenly aware of the fact that this President has suddenly woken up from his deep slumber and become artificiallyhyperactive, making repeated visits to regions that he had neglected in the past six years and doling out hard currencies even at a time the Naira was taking a beating, all for election purposes.”No one is fooled by the antics of a desperate President, and in the fullness of time,

Nigerians will show President Jonathan and his cohorts that they are not impressed by his pretend governance,” APCsaid.
These APC people people sha! Did the president give marching order to the victims and their families to vote for him in the forthcoming elections? Everybody knows how cumbersome and time-consuming it must have taken the authority to investigate and ascertain the degree of injuries and death suffered, the number of authentic applicants involved in the tragedy and most importantly, authenticate the veracity of claims from the relatives of deceased applicants. Can't APC give this govt a break? Has APC's Fashola succeeded in compensating those he displaced at Makoko and other areas in Lagos State? Why do APC behave like saints which they are not?
Politics › Re: Clark Lampoons Buhari;lists Obj,tinubu, Tambuwal, Amaechi, Others As Corrupt by OLADD: 3:31pm On Mar 14, 2015
Ha! So Tambuwwal took cover in the hallowed Chamber to evade arrest? No wonder his comrades were caught on camera doing fence scaling. Whether anyone likes Chief Clark or not, the old man has said nothing but the plain truth about Buhari and APC's hypocrisy and deceits. Some APC coconut-heads were vilifying the president for granting state pardon to Alaimesia but the grand commander of deceit, GMB is promising to pardon all pre-2015 corrupt politicians and nobody in APC has raised any dust. If you decide not to probe past corrupt politicians, why are you accusing the president of not fighting corruption? What a party! What an assembly of conmen!
Politics › Re: Nigeria Drafts Foreign Mercenaries To Take On Boko Haram - Reuters by OLADD: 3:06pm On Mar 14, 2015
IleIfe2:
Na confirm news, Jonathan does not have the interst of Nigeria at heart. He refused to provide equipment needed to fight bokoharam for months but can now afford mercenaries. For what? Election or bokoharam?
Despite all available facts that point to why the fight against Boko haram had been unsuccessful before now, it's surprising that haters like you can attribute the latest onslaughts and successes to electoral push, it's unfortunate. Whether Boko haram is exterminated before the election or not, it counts nothing in the impending victory of the president and his party on March 28.

Politics › Re: Buhari And The Burden Of Expectation By Dele Momodu by OLADD:
Dele Momodu, always pretending to know Nigeria more than any other Nigerian and overconfidently speaking as an anointed oracle of the "people's General". Ironically, in one section of his epistle, he claims available empirical evidence attests to Buhari's sacrosanct victory in the coming election while in another paragraph, he sees Buhari's victory as a tall dream. That's a trait of confused jingoists like Dele Momodu who lost scandalously in his few attempts at the presidency. He should be reminded that his projection of wining the presidential election of 2011 could only fetch him about 26,376 (yes, less than 27,000) votes nationwide- despite running under the platform of Late Gani Fawehinmi's popular party, the NCP! What an appalling record of a political analyst. Those who followed Ekiti elections and its outcome will attest to how uncharitable and unrealistic armchair analysts like Dele Momodu can be. It's obvious their projections are based on parochial interests, emotions and caucus affinity rather than the reality on ground but no matter how long they deceive themselves with phantom forecasts, it does little in changing the reality. The fact is that Buhari/APC does not have the national spread to win the presidential election. Full stop.

Recalling envoys is not a new thing in the world and you shouldn't expect the president to jump on air without unravelling the cause of the row. However, the actions and reactions of the Moroccan authorities were replete with vendetta and mischief. Their King should have reached out to the Nigerian president as a matter of courtesy before making it an international altercation. The same card was played by South Africa all in a bid to ridicule Nigeria's leadership role in Africa. It's purely bad belle international politics.

Bunch of hypocrites. Did APC apologise to the nation when they told the world that Ekiti election was rigged through PHOTOCHROMIC Ballot Papers? Did they say sorry for posting fake pictures of Bonkke crusade and Sheraton interview in place of Kano rally and Buhari's non-existent London interview? APC is extremely dangerous to humamity.

While he was still in the APC, he kept complaining about his discovery that the APC had an Islamic agenda. You have to give that to him because he has been consistent and never changed his opinion

Secondly, the comment by Tinubu is laughable We know APC is all about lies and propaganda! Right now, FFK has more credibility than the whole APC put together
Good points.

despite all the billions of naira allocated to the Niger-Delta militants to guard the pipelines, there are still cases of pipeline vandalism especially in the niger delta?
Me think the militants intentionally blow up these pipelines just to get more juicy contracts from the FG and put the nation to suffer epileptic power outage.

Watch how Femi Fani Kayode and PDP will blame APC for the vandalization of the pipelines.
Whether APC is involved or not, it's an established fact that the vandalisation has political undertone. No amount of surveilance can effectively curb the menance due to our vast pipeline terrain. This only shows how wicked some Nigerians can be in search of political supremacy.

Politics › Re: Court Didn’t Order YDP’s Inclusion In Polls, Judgment Reveals- PUNCH by OLADD: 7:29am On Mar 12, 2015
Punch and its janja.weed journalism. The Court's judgement clearly upheld YDP's registration status as the party has been deemed duly registered by INEC. Punch and its editorial board should ask themselves these salient questions:
1. What are the inherent rights of a duly registered party in electioneering processes?
2. If a party is deemed duly registered in the eyes of the law, should ballot papers be printed without such party's logo?
From the above, the only escape route for INEC is to appeal the judgment and pray for stay of execution, anything short of that may render the forthcoming elections invalid.
