Don't be a pathetic nairalander. What does it cost you to pick your phone or laptop and google Dele Momodu's political profile? For your information, Dele Momodu contested against President Jonathan in 2011 under National Conscience Party (NCP), the same party that once had late Gani Fawehinmi as a presidential flag bearer. I watched some of his campaigns where he disparaged Jonathan's presidency in an attempt to covet Nigerians' votes. Hope you now know better? MEND will say GEJ has failed them and not Nigerians because they are far too little to speak for the generality of a country of over 170million people.

I would still call this another political propaganda!

Very few Nigerians would be surprised of MEND's stance if the story is true. We all know that birds of identical plummage most of the time flock together. Was Buhari not nominated by Boko Haram as a negotiator with the Federal Govt? Boko Haram and MEND are look-alike twins.

With this sermon by Oyegun, it's now glaring and plain true that their agent of "change" does not possess ordinary Secondary School Certificate! But what amuses me the most, is the boldness at which APC leaders have been telling Nigerians that not having common school cert is inconsequential! Oyegun at his age and background is telling more than 50 million youths in this country (including his children and grandchildren) that to aspire to the position of presidency, the prerequisite should be an EQUIVALENT OF UNVERIFIABLE SECONDARY SCHOOL CERITIFICATE. Ouch!!!.What a shame! What a party! What an assembly of hypocritic entities! May God Almighty not allow EVIL CHANGE in Nigeria. Can somebody say amen? Amen.

Though crowd at rallies implies different conjectures, however, if the crowd at that PH stadium was the best Amaechi could pull despite been the sitting governor and in company of APC leadership(including Buhari and other party bigwigs), then one might not be wrong to say APC is dead in Rivers state and Nigeria. It was an unimpressive support rally.

Thank you. The OP has just made a fool of himself by posting a plague as substitute for Secondary School Certificate. One major fallout from this is that most APC supporters on Nairaland are hypocritical, mischievous and myopia-afflicted. My only regret is wasting my data replying some of their inconsistent, malicious and incongruous posts. GEJ TILL BUHARI SWEARS ANOTHER AFFIDAVIT SAYING HE DOESN'T HAVE WASCE.

So pls i am less interested in weda my prez speaks good english,or went to havard....i am more interested in good governance,rule of law and policies that would move nigeria fwd. As such, i wld pitch my tent with any opposition party strong enof to replace the corrupt-laden @aso rock.

I was physically present at Jonathan's acceptance rally and I can say athouritatively that HE DID NOT speak through teleprompter or any other aiding device. I also personally recorded part of that occasion which can be sent to you if needed. However, as stated eailier, we are entitled to our opinions as patriotic citizens. I rest my case.

Without prejudice, APC is just trying to borrow a leaf from Jonathan's civility. This is the first time they would display such civility. Let's cast our minds back to the past and cite few inferences; when Desiani was appointed OPEC president, was there any congratulatory message from APC? When Nigeria won the nations cup in 2013, did APC felicitate with Nigerians? There wasn't a single time APC congratulated Nigerian Army anytime they had a success over Boko haram. Instead all they engaged in was campaign of calumny. On the other hand, GEJ at every occasion symphatised and felicitated with APC (as the occasion demanded). That's how politics should be played. Being on different political divides does not warrant perpetual enmity.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. If your mindset is tainted with hatred(going by the offensive languages you deplored in your post), accessing someone based on neutrality becomes a mirage. As far as I am concerned, a good communicator is someone who passes his idea accross to his/her audience in the most civil, persuasive and participatory manner and I am sure GEJ unreservedly fits the bill. As a citizen, you are entitled to your opinion.

Did you say GEJ cannot express himself? That's a blattant lie. Go to youtube and whatch his speeches during the declaration for presidency and PDP convention, you will attest to his acumen and power of oration. GEJ spoke for a combined duration of more than 2hrs, reeling out his points WITHOUT READING FROM A PREPARED SPEECH. No president or scholar had done that in Nigeria, not even our professor Soyinka. Jonathan's soundness is not in doubt. I can assure you of that.

I am not disputing that. In the old Nigeria, it was possible for someone without school cert to become the MD of NNPC and that's what Buhari is trying to replicate, but in this modern day Nigeria, that will not happen. Ask your messiah to produce his certificates for verification. Ordinary WASCE suffice.

Don't play smartness here. My responce was a direct answer to your poser on whether or not Mbaka was called by God. You ought to be in tune with anybody's anticedent before forming opinion on such individual. Pick your phone and google Mbaka's interview of November 2014 in which he praised the president to high heavens. I am not prepared for unnecessary trivialities.

Yes, it seems God did not call Mbaka. If God indeed called him, he would not stand before the pulpit to tell Nigerians that the president should be reelected because of his performance in November 2014 only for him to say otherwise on 31st December, 2014. Was it the Spirit of God that directed him to utter those contradictory statements? The Spirit of God does not entertain confusion. Mbaka is a pure politician using the church to feather his nest.

Quite amusing that individuals who are nobodies now try to hang on politics to shod up their importance. Who's Mbaka? As far as Nigerians are concerned, he's just one of those wolves in sheep's clothing masquerading as ministers of God. They preach Hossana today, but says "crucify him tomorrow". One thing that's sacrosant is that thousands of Mbakas CANNOT and WILL NOT stop Jonathan from winning Feb 2015 election. Period.

Pessimism aside, Nigerians should fasten their seatbelts and expect more of these in the coming days. Having tried all other tricks to stop Jonathan to no avail, Boko haram seems to be the pawn in the North's chessboard to gain power, but as you rightly said, it won't work. And as for those using this as campaign gimmicks and calling the president unprintable names, insurgency the world over, has never been defeated in a short spate of time, it takes time but Nigeria will prevail. GEJ TILL 2019.
