I still don't understand the importance of this obas other than upholding incongruous culture & traditions.

They haven't brought about any progress or development in any shape or form whatsoever. They probably lack ideas. Most of them are divisive figures and political arse lickers, the reason they are pawns in the hands of robber politicians in the scheme of things.

Corrupt Obas.

Don't bother.... In God's name, all this will be corrected soon.
the first military ruler in this country was an igbo. He abolished federal system, introduced unitary system. He put igbo military officers in the important positions in this country. Their ultimate objective was to perpetuate igbo domination over all other tribes in this nation, this was instrumental to the downfall of Ironsi. Because their objective of dominating this country could no longer be realized, hence, the declaration of biafra republic by that igbo soldier- ojukwu. That is why they have been finding it difficult to be in the leadership position of this country and they will never get there until they jettison their selfish character

No, I do not mean her parents are lazy. I've met a young boy told me his story, how his father will collect the money he made from menial labour, which he wants to save to go back to school, and spend it eating and drinking and will tell the boy they've spent the money together.

The man will not go out and look for job to help the family.

I'm not referring to the OP's parents. There are times no one can help this kind of situation occur, but we need to learn lessons that will make us sober and think of children we are giving birth to, not to suffer.
I understand you, I am only joking. You re right.

Oh baby!!! Pls you have to complete this story o. This story needs to get beyond this level so that some lazy parents will seek for better financial solutions.

what you are saying in essence is that her parents are lazy.
Politics / Re: Jonathan Hits Back At Obasanjo -the Sun by olawooro: 8:52am On Nov 22, 2015
Everybody knows that already, thanks to national assembly. But you too supported it then, because you too as a governor would have benefited from it. Afterall, when you eventually became president, you suggested six years single term, because you knew you might not be able to secure second term from PDP due to your agreement with the party when you were completing Yaradua tenure that you will not run for second term if you were given the ticket.

Calling someone illiterate, it is apparent you don't know what illiterate means. You might have passed through school, but, unfortunately, school did not pass through you. What a pity!

Bros, before your spew your ignorance on a public forum always remember google is your friend...Lol There is hardly an African country that is not multi ethnic. Tanzania happens to be the most multi ethnic in Eastern Africa. A population of over 47 million, over 100 local languages spoken, a Christian population of about 30%, Muslim population of 35% with pagans and traditionalists taking the rest.
Mr.' Know it all', who cares about your explanation? Who ask about the number of population of Tanzania? You had better seek knowledge where it exists. You cannot differentiate between ethnic and language. I said Tanzania is not a multiethnic society, you are saying there are over 100 languages in Tanzania. Does that make it a multiethnic state? You don't know the different between a state and a nation-state. There are nation- states with different languages and dialects yet they are simply a nation. UK is a typical example of a nation-state comprises, scotish, english, welsh and irish. An english man from england is slightly different from a scotish of scotland. Does that mean UK is multiethnic state? That is why it is easier for Tanzania using its local language as official language. If Yoruba nation of south west of Nigeria form an independent sovereign state, will you describe it as a multiethnic state, considering the fact that there are many local dialects that exist among them?

I blame the lady.

The time she spent having pre-marital s e x and requesting for money is enough to educate the guy on the church's doctrine.

For instance, everyone knows Cherubim & Seraphim Church all over the country walk without shoes, even on the streets. Personally, I can't do that, and I won't even consider marrying a girl from the Church.

Another thing about me is that I don't take or buy alcoholic drinks so if you come from a family that enlists 'ogogoro' and stouts as part of engagement stuffs. That marriage won't take place cos I won't give such.

These are some issues I will discuss before thinking about putting a ring on the finger.

People should learn to discuss important issues during courtship (dating). It is not a period for random s e x and sophisticated gluttony, but a period to understand the attributes and characteristics of your better half, and of course his/her family.
Mr. man, you missed it all! How did you know she has engaged in premarital sex? Your write up sounds as if you are holy and a true christian but alas! You are a lier, worst than the devil. For example, you said c/s walk without shoe on the streets, which is incorrect. That means your allegation against the innocent bride is false. Do not judge so that you will not be judged.

serves them right... what was wrong if he just pulled the shoes? would it make him less than a man? even if he never wanted to do it he would have done it for the sake of his bride.....this was just a demonstration of a very proud young man.....how much is 50k shoes for you to loose your wedding joy for? even if he later gets married to the lady she will always make reference to this matter when ever they have issues......the lady should be careful because she is getting married to a man that is very pumpus, proud and materialistic......50k shoes my foot.....the shoes are more expensive that his wife to him

but the pastor sha......your law de very strong o......all the same every place has their rules or doctrines
May God bless you. This is intelligent! Some people are just saying rubbish here. That kind man will never respect his wife. May God let them have a successful marital life.
