Coming from legislators that pay mercenaries to write Cambridge A-levels & UTME for their kids in special centers, I’m not surprised. I’m even less surprised that they’re not ashamed of being caught with their hands in the cookie jar as it were!

"I’m for everyone and nobody" borrowed, "next level slogan" borrowed and almost resulted in a lawsuit. Now this one! It’s almost like copying someone else Mat nmbr while copying answers from his answer booklet! grin grin

You can borrow a line from another person’s speech, but doing it all the time just makes u a cheat! This is what u get when u cheat ur way into a position you haven’t earned the right way! grin
Politics › Re: Buhari, Danjuma Meet Behind Closed Doors by olisaEze(m): 7:19am On May 19, 2020
The void the death of Abba Kyari created has really thrown our own personal 'bubu' off balance. On a good day, the former COS to the president would not have allowed bubu to even contemplate this kind of meeting at all! A new cabal is definitely in control!
Nairaland General › Re: The Big Lesson I Learned This Morning In Front Of My House by olisaEze(m): 7:08am On May 19, 2020
Consider the book of Proverbs 6:6, and you’ll see why the Bible admonishes us to study them as a model for diligence, cooperation, planning, as well as providing for the future. They are also an example of devotion, organization, hierarchy, and system .. in short everything ur country & its current crop of leaders are not!

Now this is good news for a change. A woman’s determination to be a role model for her daughter.

Shekau, western education and good people will outlive ur barbaric ilk for a long long time after uve been forgotten!

Same goes for those evil politicians that think we won’t realize our dreams in Nigeria! Good people will outlive u and ur endangered spawns long after u have been forgotten!

Family › Re: Please Help Look Into This Family Issue (I'm Loosing My Mind) by olisaEze(m): 2:13am On May 18, 2020
First off, ur father is not insane but displaying classic symptoms of depression. He’s a good man that has spent most of his life in a bad marriage. He probably would also have a lot of regrets and neglected to raise ur brother properly because he has only been stuck with a manipulative wife. He’s also that way because his church (Deeper Life u say?) frowns on divorce as a straight road to the hottest parts of hell! If only he was the drinking type, things wouldn’t have degenerated to the lows his life is now.

Anyways, my pipo say whenever a man wakes up is his morning! So let him just visit a psychologist and get some therapy. As for ur mum, a witch is not only someone that flys at night to rendezvous in Benin, a witch is anyone that manipulates someone to do her bidding against their wishes! There’s no cure for her type of sickness! I bet even covid19 will stay clear of her special brand of wahala!!

Cultism is rampant in higher institutions even technical school. Solution will be when cultist off campus and in schools are hunted down like Boko Haram and armed robbers, kidnappers that they are will ppl realise cultism is a crime and a no no
My broda u don’t get it, violence only begets violence and an idle mind still is the devil’s workshop. Militancy in the creeks has been reduced to an abysmal level because the govt of Yar'Adua showed the boys a better future. Most people attracted to the gang life are young adults who have no role models but the bros's in the life. Education and technology is the future and until the old men in charge of our collective destinies are forced to change their myopic views or kicked out, I’m afraid ur suggestion will only make these young people more desperate to survive with the opportunities before them.

the defendant’s counsel, Mr Mustapha Danesi, urged the court to grant his client bail on the most liberal terms, adding that the matter was as a result of a family crisis.

No oga charge & bail lawyer, it is no longer just a family crises, but ur client is challenging the right of a state in protecting its female citizens on a global platform. Stupid moronic beast! angry

In the first place, what is "matching ground" that they’re fighting over the right to collect from traders?

Land way no bi ur papa carry d sand sand come planet earth, and land way e still die leave!

This cycle of cultism related violence cannot end in Rivers State until the leaders invest massively in free education up to technical school, so we don’t just churn out certificate bearers but entrepreneurs. Who wan reason confra meeting when he has to be up early to meet demands of clients/customers!

I wonder why seemingly smart parents always allow themselves to be scammed by these so called bourgeois private secondary schools.

Paying N4.5 million is still not a guarantee that ur pikin will not fall into the statistics that turn to drug addicted cultists/olosho in university.

U can pay for school but u can’t buy lessons, that ur child gets from spending time with u.

I don’t really get this Buhari’s administration o. The rate at which they lie to the public is becoming very alarming! Is it that our top government officials are suffering from inferiority complex? U mean u used fanfare to welcome a handful of company technicians like there were PowerRangers that came to vanquish Covid19! Hian! This APC party has to go, and must never be allowed to even control a ward in Nigeria again! God forbid! Shameless old men!!

Romance › Re: I Have Feelings For Her But She's Engaged by olisaEze(m): 11:53am On May 09, 2020
Ndeoma:
Their is this lady I have come to develop feelings for. She is a graduate and intending to go for service before November... it's just this pandemic
that is delaying things. She is also a member of my church and serving in one of the service units. I have been observing her for a while and in the course of time grew feelings for her.

I took courage and approached her and she told me she is engaged to be married this December but the problem is that after that our chat she has been tailing me. She always comes around me to sit close to me during service meetings. Some times she'd be starring so much at me that you'd wonder. I'm beginning to think wether she actually told me the truth about her relationship status earlier or she is just trying to hold on to me as alternative just incase here marriage plans with the other guy goes south.

Please friends I need your sincere advice on what to do as am confused. I really love the lady and would like to marry her.
Hmm! All these churcheous young men and women be feeling up on each oda. grin grin grin

Politics › Re: The First Project By Julius Berger In Nigeria 1965 Was In Lagos (Throwback Pic) by olisaEze(m): 11:45am On May 09, 2020
ruggedtimi:
Calabar never served as capital of Nigeria, there was no one entity called Nigeria . It was a conglomeration of three different administrative units having there headquarters in Calabar for southern Protectorate, Lokoja for Northern Protectorate and Lagos for d colony of Lagos. In August 1904, the two territories(Lagos colony and Southern protectorate) were amalgamated, with the combined territory called the Colony and Protectorate of Southern Nigeria. Lord Lugard was the governor general until 1914 when Lugard was assigned to the colony of Lagos where he brought all the protectorate together and called it "Nigeria". Lugard did this in Lagos and started operating as the first Governor General from Lagos which made Lagos the first Capital of Nigeria.
