I can't help but ask why Nigeria Universities charge ridiculous amounts for Transcripts. Imagine Uniben Charging 35,000naira to send a transcript to an email address while a UK University is charging below 10,000naira to send it via post.

Mine was free from a UK university. It actually came with the certificate. While 2 copies of my transcript and certificate from an Asian university cost about $5. However, my gf paid about 40 pounds for hers from a UK university.

My thoughts when I read the news was, where's the true spirit of federal character in these appointments? But then, I figured it would have been one appointment per the original 4 zones of the country, with the person whom I presume to be from the South-south representing the Eastern part of the country.
