if your budget can work around you getting accomodation yourself+hospital+doc+other expenses, then pick the state where they will easily send u email correspondence for embassy+poe

4. the hospital accepting you will send u a mail and not to the embassy
5. put address of where you will stay
i had just ghana trip on ecowas passport and a uk refusal for my toddler and I, yet i got the visa few wks back. that thing works on God's favor my sister
doctor's correspondence & letter are same. just that some doctors issue a letter for u to take for visa +poe. doesnt matter. if you have exchanged email with a doc &hospi & gotten cost & breakdown of their bills it will suffice

But on the message itself? I disagree with u. It just has to be said. To want to birth in the US_ visa process to poe to documentation? Not easy.
I speak now as a teacher. How can a person learn without research? There are some questions a quick search on google can answer.
I say this because, if these 'busy' peaople aren't prepared they make 'eyaa' mistakes. For egs I have read of a person that reached a location and now discovered the fees were above her pocket.
Well if I may suggest what a dear friend suggested on the other site, if @Justwise could create links to most frequently (and hence annoying) questions and put on the page 1.
Egs- TVgas put steps on baby's documentation. That page will be referred to etc etc. If the prson is now referred and dosent wanna read or be spoonfed...

Now to our Houston POE story. But before I start, I implore you guys to pray against every obstacle before you travel. We were busy praying against the principalities at IAH that we totally forgot about Heathrow where my DW was almost turned back because she flew at 34+weeks even though the policy on BA clearly states 36 weeks, we even called to confirm. Anyway God was working and the plane waited for her for 15 minutes after all other passengers had boarded.

At Houston, CBP sent my DW straight for secondary inspection:

SI: Why are you here?
DW: To have my baby
SI: How far are you?
DW: 34 weeks
SI: Why did you lie about your pregnancy during your first interview?
Wifey would have been stunned at this point if we hadn't prepared for this line of questioning
DW: I was scared because I didn't know at the time that it isn't illegal to give birth in USA. I later found out and told the truth during my subsequent interviews. The truth is, we found out the stupidity of that initial action on this thread
SI: Is that why you applied 3 times in 5 months?
DW: I was willing to show that barring my initial indiscretion, I am fully prepared with proof that I will pay all fees and I shouldn't have denied in the first place.
SI: Can I see your correspondence with the doctor?
DW handed doctor's correspondence, quotes and budget sheet to the lady.
SI: How much do you have?
DW: $4,600. and the remaining is on my debit card.
SI: Make sure you pay all your bills and collect all your receipts because you may be in another trouble on your way out if you don't. Don't just collect one receipt, ensure you get for every bill that you paid.

That was it.. customs did not even tough her luggage.

Lesson's learnt: If we had come across this thread earlier, maybe it wouldn't take 4 attempts to finally get a "Yes". Secondly, I doubt that the "I didn't know I was pregnant" story works much. Maybe it did/does for some people but that has to be a small percentage. So my 2 cents is, except you really didn't know you were pregnant, be open about your error and show readiness.

DW is now chilling and sending selfies from Intown suites. Gosh I love that woman

Are u sure its ur husband that can't hold it or you..?? cos I remember a couple of days back u posted that u were patiently waiting for oga to come and 'encourage LO to come out' - lolz. So na you want am and no be oga. Oga shouldn't have too much problem. If you work on im with the other methods like olokings says, he'll be alright (at least 4 a bit). Its you that has the problem because no torchlightin or touchin of your down-under.

Anywayz, gibberish or no gibberish... You'll just have to wait until renovation work (to borrow 4rm olokings again) is complete down there. You are a dr so I don't think I have to explain the health effects to you, (lochia,infection,pain etc). You just have to explain it to him, get him a decoder for the gibberish if need be becos ur health is more important than a couple of mins of pleasure. Let him know that if you fall ill as a result of the gbenshin, he'll be the one to take care of your baby - changing diapers, singing & dancing all night long etc

I also don't think that oga sef would enjoy it if he logs in and finds out that his highway has expanded by two/three lanes or you sef begin to search for his truck/lorry on the highway....

I have a kweshun... Do u guys really abstain from kpekus till 6 weeks post delivery... I remember when I told my husband it was like I was speaking gibberish.

A patient who has CS and is as dirty as shii... Plus instead of coming to the hospital now decided to press the suture area with hot water.... Or the one that refused to take her antibiotics. Or the one that's saving money and wants to b discharged etc.

A woman came to the hospital with her sons circumcision site practically rotten... Guess what that was not why she came. She came becos of fever. She was hiding the circumcision tingy from us.

I can go on and on... Some patients are overzealous plus oversabi.. They want to dictate what shld be given to them.. Sometimes so Rude.
I'm not going to defend any Dr but some patients are more than a handful. I know how many times I've had to ask a patient to sign that he or she is going against medical advise.

Oga abeg how much dem charge u for the ETC, I know someone said 250 or so. just checking to see if urs is cheaper.. lol. Meanwhile for the hospital, I had paid all bills and collected zero bal since last week don't know where the anesthesiologist pple woke up from.sorting it out with dem already though. I pray the high bills I ran away from boston for won't meet me in houston ( God forbid)
