Crime › Re: Outrage After Girl’s Panties Was Used As Evidence To Clear Man Of Rape by Olorunnim: 4:47pm On Nov 13, 2018
lawflec:
As far as I am concerned, consent means an affirmative action indicating an intention to engage in the act. Such an action should not be implied. That meabs that the Girl must positively say YES. That's why withdrawal of consent is enough to ground a case of rape.

This decision is unsupportable by any known law at all.
I hate jury trial in it's entirety
As far as you're concerned sir But non verbal action such as noding Of head and other bodily action can also signify consent it's a proven fact sir

madness, this why hate the law, the lawyer and entire constitution. the same law is so design to protect a criminal major under the guys of human right. everything about law and it's practitioners are non-realistic to me, it's just like circus to me.
If the law is not there to protect the alleged criminal he may be wrongfully convicted he also has the right to legal representation Just as the victim
Education › Re: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by Olorunnim: 8:24am On Nov 13, 2018
Stanweezy:
So this people know the rules better than the school, don't combine school rule with Islamic rule. If the school said no wearing of hijab obey it, if u are not satisfied with that you can change your ward to another school that allows that. For Christ sake this is called school UNIFORM meaning everybody must wear this same thing.
People who are clamoring for the use of hijab don't seem to know the meaning of UNIFORM or maybe they know the meaning and they just want to Forment discord and Wahala If they're using constitutional rights as boju boju for this then everyone should be allowed to practice their religious beliefs including Sango,Soponno Oya Ogun Worshippers and the likes .

people believe Their religion is superior to others since 10century

Joseph wasn't Jesus Biological father.

Why is Reno Omokri involving Islam in this? Doesn't he know they don't believe in Jesus? Some will say they do.

But do they believe he is the son of God who died on the cross and resurrected? No
