Adam Zango, a popular Kannywood actor is set to marry his sixth wife next week.  The actor is set to wed one Safiya Umar Chalawa also known as Suffy at 2:30pm next Friday, and the wedding would take place at Emir of Gwandu Central Mosque in Gwandu, Kebbi state.

Adam Zango who is set to marry his sixth wife, has six children – four boys and two girls from his five wives who he divorced.  Daily Trust reported that Zango’s first wife was Amina. He married her in 2006 and she gave him his first son, Haidar. Haidar clocked 12 years recently. What led to their divorce is still not known. Zango had married five wives, before their divorce they gave him six children – four boys and two girls. It was gathered that the actor had divorced all the five wives and the reasons for their divorce were still not in the public domain.

Pamela Odame, the popular big boobs video vixen in a chat on the Delay Show, revealed that she had sex with a married musician she shot a video for. The 23-year-old video vixen who initially denied having sex with any artiste on the show,  caved in after the host, Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay) disclosed that she knew two of the musicians she slept with.  Odame revealed on the show that she featured in music videos of Captain Planet, Joey B, Sarkodie, Coded and other three musicians who are not big. 

“Out of these seven musicians, how many did you have sex with?” Delay asked while looking at Watara right in the eye.The model smiled, giggled and answered “none of them” but backtracked after Delay pushed her. “Just one,” a rather sober Watara said.

Asked if the said musician is married and indeed if she knew about his marital status, Watara responded, “I didn’t really know.” Pamela Odame who admitted having sex with a married musician, said she dated him for two months after they shot the video. 

“He didn’t promise me love. He was calling to check up on me and sometimes, I could tell him I was broke. He could come pick me up for outing, send me back home and give me some money,” she disclosed.

A Nigerian lady in her tweets, revealed why you shouldn't send a minor abroad to study on her own without a guardian. The Twitter user who narrated the ordeal of her cousin, disclosed that she is just less than a year in Russia and already 4 months pregnant. According to her, the girl's mum blocked her on Whatsapp after the school contacted and told her they need $600 to terminate the pregnancy.

Nina took to Instagram today to celebrate her sister as she became her aunt to a baby boy delivered today. Sharing her sister's maternity photos, she recounted how much her big sister loves baby. Nina who thanked and celebrated her big sister for taking care of her as she became an aunt, disclosed that she can't wait to hold her baby. IK Ogbonna has filed a lawsuit Instagram user, Bold Pink, who accused him of being and gay and having relationships with his male colleagues. Bold Pink in her viral video, had accused the Nollywood actor and father of one of hiding his sexuality even when Bobrisky plays enough role to inspire.

However IK Ogbonna who reacted to the viral video, filed a lawsuit against the Instagram user based in the United States and further demanded a retraction of her statement and a public apology. Sharing a copy of the retraction notice on Instagram, the actor wrote;

A federal high court which sat today in Akwa, Anambra State capital freed all the suspects linked to the Ozubulu massacre. The two remaining suspects identified as Chinedu Akpunonu and Onyebuchi Mbanefo who were standing trial for alleged involvement in the killing of worshipers in the Anambra, were discharged and acquitted after the prosecution counsel was unable to prove beyond reasonable doubt the allegations. 

Recall that the Judge had in December 2018, discharged two out of the four persons initially arraigned over the incident in which no fewer than 13 persons were killed at St Philips Catholic Church, Ozubulu.

Recall we reported earlier that Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are down for users around the world, and this appeared to have started at around 6:30AM ET this morning, and some locations appear to be more widely affected.


Some of the difficulties users are experiencing as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are down around the world include not being accessible, with news feeds refusing to refresh and the main Facebook.com domain unavailable. WhatsApp messages aren’t being sent or received, and users of Facebook’s main services (Facebook owns Instagram and WhatsApp) have headed to Twitter to share that they’re having issues. Messenger, Facebook’s chat service, is also down.

A Ghanaian woman identified as Elizabeth Amoah, who was born with 2 vaginas and 2 wombs has opened up on her condition. Elizabeth also known as ‘Special Lady’, who spoke on 3FM’s Drive with Giovani Caleb, revealed she had to undergo seven medical surgeries after she was diagnosed of having sexual complications.

The UK-based lady further revealed that the scan detected she had Endometriosis: a sexual disorder in which tissues linings of the uterus grows outside the uterus.“I discovered I had a double womb and a double vagina canal in 2015 after an MRI scan, so I had to undergo about 7 surgeries,” she told Giovani Caleb.

She explained having a double vagina means “having one vagina outside and the other inside”. Elizabeth further revealed that the double womb usually does not come with any symptoms, but rather exposes one to health challenges such as irregular periods, fibroids, irregular fainting and in some instances cause infertility.“I had a premature baby after four years of not conceiving, and going through such health situations wasn’t easy,” she said.

A Nigerian man identified as Okechukwu Desmond Amadi, has been sentenced to 11 years in US Prison for international fraud. The Nigerian man who was sentenced to 11 years in US prison by District Judge James Moody on Wednesday, April 10,  was found guilty of conspiracy to commit money laundering and money laundering.  A forfeiture order of $833,625 was issued against him and it represents the proceeds of the charged criminal conduct. He was also ordered to pay $1,358,500 in restitution to the victims. 

The convict who worked with an international criminal organization based in Nigeria, that defrauded dozens of victims across the United States with multiple schemes and then laundered the funds through a complex network of bank accounts, was found guilty of the crime on November 7, 2018. It was alleged that the criminal organization identified as of Africa or the Group, coordinated the fraud and money laundering activity around the globe via cells or “zones” in Nigeria, Canada, the United States, and elsewhere.

The Kenyan Police have arrested 33 Nigerians for illegal migration, while pursuing leads on an incident in which drugs are being sent from Nairobi to others parts of the world. The 33 Nigerians who were arrested by the Kenyan Police on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at Kasarani, had allegedly been posing illegally as students of International University-Africa (USIU) and Kenyatta University (KU). 

The Cable reported that the Commanding Officer in charge of sub-counties in Kasarani, Peter Kimani said the suspects were arrested by anti-narcotics detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) who were pursuing leads on an incident in which drugs are being sent from Nairobi to others parts of the world.

The suspects were also accused of operating businesses “with the intention of selling drugs”. He said, “When they arrived they declared they were students at the universities but our investigations have shown they are in other illegal businesses.”He further disclosed that the suspects have been taken to Kiambu law courts, near Kiambu police station, as officials process their deportation papers.

A Nigerian civil servant has been arrested and arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, for buying a $140,000 US property. The director in the Federal Ministry of Education, Victor Igboanugo, who was also accused of taking kickbacks worth millions of naira, was arraigned before before Justice V. B. Ashi of the Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Apo, Abuja. 

The suspect who was accused of using his office and position to also commit fraud worth N162m, allegedly bought the property in the US whose cost was above his legitimate income as a Deputy Director of Procurement at the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs. It was alleged that while being the Secretary of the Ministerial Tenders’ Board at the Ministry of Environment, he facilitated the award of multiple contracts to private companies where he held personal interests.

“He was further accused of receiving N20m kickback through one of his companies, Phinavic Ventures Limited, from the Chief Executive Officer of Lufem Engineering Limited, Mr Asiwaju Adekanbi, after the award of a contract for the construction of a skills acquisition centre."


The defendant who pleaded not guilty to the charges, was granted bail in the sum of N2m with one surety in like sum, who must be an officer not below Grade Level 14 in the Federal Civil Service. The case was adjourned till June 19, 2019, for trial.

A man who identified himself as Professor Jide Jisus, has been arrested by the officers of the NSCDC for aiding her daughter to cheat in ongoing JAMB Exam. The Professor who aided her daughter to cheat in the JAMB Exam, was arrested by the monitoring team of the registrar of JAMB in an examination hall at Brix Academy, Jabi, Abuja.

Though there were few hitches at some centres in Abuja and other states on the first day of the examination, however officials of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), which is organising the examination, and candidates in many centres said the tests took off smoothly.

Spokesperson of JAMB, Fabian Benjamin who confirmed the arrest of the suspect said; 

“His identity was shrouded in dubious tales. He claimed during interrogation that he was one of the professors selected by the Board to oversee the conduct of the 2019 UTME. He also claimed that he was awarded a professorial position by Christian University, Isolo, Lagos and that he had two professorial awards from “Becket” University England and Freedom University.

“He similarly claimed to be a staff of Anchor Polytechnic, Kubwa, Abuja, an institution that does not exist. According to him, he said he is the president of the United Nigeria Chaplin Institute of Peace Academy. However, it was discovered that he had a daughter who was taking the 2019 UTME in the same centre where he was caught.”

A 26-year-old man identified as Aminu Inuwa of Unguwar Jakada in Kano, has been apprehended after he killed his 18-year-old wife for ‘being disobedient’ one month after their wedding. The suspect who buried his wife Safara’u in the matrimonial home, was nabbed after he approached a neighbour with series of questions on how to bury a corpse and the Islamic injunction on whoever kills a human being.

Community leaders in the area who stormed the man's house after the incident was reported, found blood-stained shovel and digger beside what appeared to be a grave. However speaking to journalists, the man admitted killing his wife barely a month after their wedding for being disobedient.  He further claimed it was accidental and not intentional.

“The reason is she was not obeying my directive. I really loved my wife as she equally loved me to the extent that I don’t want to live without her. The incident was accidental, not intentional,” he said.

Abdullahi Haruna, the Kano State Police Command spokesperson who confirmed the suspect is in custody, said; “A 26-year-old man of Unguwar Jakada in Kano metropolis was reported to have slaughtered his 18-year-old wife, Safara’u Aminu, and dug a grave in the house and buried her. The police have excavated the grave and took the corpse to the mortuary at Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital.“The suspect is now under police custody. An investigation has since commenced. When completed, he would be prosecuted before a court of competent jurisdiction.”
