All Political parties have situation room during elections, they are also supposed to have Agents in all Polling units(this further proves their popularity). These agents are to sign the election result papers and send a signed copy of same to their Situation room. In times of controversy like this, you go to court and present copies of the results your agents signed and sent to your situation room if the result did not align with what u have,then INEC will have to explain what happened.

Did any of the complainants do this? Or maybe they know they did not win but are depending on TECHNICALITIES to win. Ok, they were expecting INEC that they sued to provide evidence that will be used against them.

Pls these guys should just go and prepare for 2027 if they are really serious and stop all these playing. I am sorry to say.....we are just embarrassing ourselves.

I think some of our parents caused this problem. Any Circumcised Lady cannot enjoy Sex no matter what u do and this will reduce thier libido. In my opinion,APC or INEC need not dwell on this. All parties had agents in the polling units. Their job is to sign the EC08 form which is the authentic result from their polling units. These are to be sent to their respective SITUATION ROOMS for their personal collation. The question is What was the result from their situation rooms and where did discrepancies show when compared to INEC declared results?. Did they provide these in Court room or just some BLURRED papers were presented. This is where I think LP and PDP messed up the case. They could not prove it and that is what the INEC lawyer is saying. Yes INEC is grossly incompetent,they will be dealt with but I am sorry, I doubt if the Judges will declare a rerun after all the money blown away for the last election. Highest they will Sanitise INEC

If all the things we have been reading is what actually transpired in the Court room then My take is Tinubu will come out victorious in this legal battle.

LP and PDP could not prove that they won the election and was rigged out rather their aim is to discredit the election but unfortunately they could not prove that either atleast from Olanipekuns' final write up. Form EC 08 is the result from each polling units and the agents of each party signed them,these same agents were supposed to send same to their party leaders who will collate,I believe that is the hat situation room was meant for abi LP and PDP no get Situation room for the election, did they present their own COLLATED RESULTS to the court to buttress that they won?

The Court will admit the narrative of the Glitch unfortunately and INEC chair will take the knock for the whole issue as usual. Emefiele, Magu and others comes to mind, they will be dragged but nothing will happen at the end of the day. And Abuja votes and Voters cannot be treated specially as rightly stated by Olanipekun(you can read his submission on this from his presentation well).

APC presented a witness that is a SME(Subject Matter Expert) that is someone who is an Authority in the case being addressed in a Serving Senator of Nigeria and Practicing Lawyer in US to defend a case that happened in US long ago but who did LP n PDP bring to buttress their case? A LP member who lost her election.

Moreso, Supreme court cannot order to rerun an election that cost the Nation huge amount of money because of the above issues that has not been proven but based on people's feelings.

Tinubu to me is not a Drug Lord as people has been saying, I think he is a MAFIA DON who has mastered the game and has everyone where he wants them

So unfortunate PDP are playing their cards too early, these should have been taking place by 2022 when it will be almost impossible for APC to regroup before the general elections. APC will get over this and become stronger before 2023 and will gain more ground. PDP in my opinion foolishly sold the Presidency for Edo state which they are not sure of getting yet. Obaseki and his advisers should have "PIPED LOW" till after he has gotten his Second term and start what he has been doing with Oshiomole, then by 2022 they launch fully........U GET THE POINT NOW?

Nigerians should try to be a little patriotic. I am a living witness to what NERC can do. NERC forced PHCN to cancel about 400k bill on my compound due to estimated billing and told them to install a meter in my compound or collect 5k monthly bill from us as against 35k they were bringing. All I did was just visit their office n they directed me on what to do. I did not know anybody there,I did not pay a Kobo to anybody, no lawyer.......nothing and they arranged a sort of tribunal where PHCN was like in a on a hot sit(many other complainants were also present for their own case). There are good structures in this country and there is hope for this country but unscrupulous elements who benefit from these things try not to make it work,but I tell u NERC is different. Just a little Patriotism from us and we are better for it

Why is it difficult for people to understand that there is a difference between Accreditation data and results of election?. The memo directs the forwarding of accreditation data not election results. So INEC is right by saying that they did not have any server for 2019 election results. The question is if INEC according to the Memo has server for Accreditation how did Atiku get results from Accreditation server?
