where will u get materials? taking note of copyright infringement

cost of publishing
good publisher
and then quantity to publish
this is just a general overview, its nt detailed enuff, so go online ans surf.
am actually in d process of coming out with my own magazine, me and a couple of friends that love to write.
so if u want it, go for it.
