Jobs/Vacancies / Re: How Can I Activate My Restricted Linkedin Account?? Very Urgent by Oluwapresley(m): 11:04pm On Aug 05, 2020
HopeAlive16:
My LinkedIn account have been activated again. The ban was lifted after a series of conversation i had with the LinkedIn Customer Support. They verified my account with my Voter's card which was sent as an attachment via mail and told me exactly why it was restricted. I was asked to promise to adhere with its policies, which i replied i would. The next reply i got from them was that the ban has been lifted. I went back to login and my account was accessible again. From some research i did though lifting restriction/ban depends on the severity of your offense, if you are a first-time offender and how long it has been restricted. Hope this help you too.

Hello there. Please can you help me with Linkedin customer support link? I'm currently facing that same challenge. Thanks

I think I may have sent too many connection requests prior to my account deactivation.

I do not have a Passport nor Driver's license to appeal the restriction.
Any hope my account would be restored without meeting the appeal requirement?

P.S: I have contacted LinkedIn support center stating I don't have the required documents.

Hello there. Trust you are doing good. Please can you help me with the Linkedin support center link. I'm in similar condition right now.

Men of God koh. Suffice to say I don't believe. There are things one should use their head for. This is one of them. 99% of these so called pastors don't see nada except for what they imagine. I'm leaving out the 1% as benefit of doubt.

Tanimola, Debosky, Jarus, Davidlyan and co. God has blessed you guys.
Guys, I need your sincere advise.

I have done a BSc in a UK university in Chemistry with Chemical engineering and by God's grace I'll finish with a First class (God willing). I wanted to study Medicine but I could not stand the number of years required.
I also have some work experience as a shadow manager in a company, part-time for 2 years, here in the UK. (Sorry I am giving sketchy details but its necessary for private reasons).

Now, I want to relocate to Nigeria and work in Nigeria.

I am torn between an MBA in business administration and an MSc in Petroleum engineering.

I love science oriented topics as I won scholarships from the University and Royal society of chemistry UK. I did not really enjoy the managerial role but I have some work experience in it.

So, guys I need your advise!

MSc petroleum engineering (my first choice) or an MBA?! I want to break into the petroleum industry but my fear is that if I have an MBA, I might be considered as a "jack of all trades" and hence, reduce my chances of entering the industry.

I just want to break into the industry to gain the work experience as the money will come later. Which of the courses gives me a better chance of breaking into the industry?!

Hi Ola. Trust you are doing well. I just stumbled on this thread now and I wanted to find out just out of curiosity; have you broken into the oil and gas industry?

I know imota very popular. Yes, imota is home to many landed properties put up for sale at very good price. Why?, not because the lands have issues but owners don't have the funds to develop them.

This doesn't Imply not conducting due diligence before buying a land. With 60-80k to a lawyer, background research can be done on your behalf to investigate a land and give you go ahead or not irrespective of the documents them at will be issued upon payment.

I have seen a two plots very cheap together in ikorodu not even as far as imota. What's crucial is conducting due diligence and pursuing your objective than let negative assertions with old you from taking a move.

Thanks, boss... But this particular one isn't in imota. It's in Agbowa.

Get a lawyer. I passed this location some week back lots of lands in the area for sale, so you must buy from just this if you're uncomfortable with the arangement

As if God brought you to this thread. Good morning, boss. Please, do you know about agbowa? I heard it's after this imota area. If yes, please, what do you think about getting a plot of land for residential purpose in that area? Thanks for your time. I promise you, I do not take it for granted.

One of the reasons problems and challenges keep reoccurring is because at 1st instance, we do not deal DECISIVELY with them!!! We need to start learning to deal decisive blows to ugly heads that rear their ugly heads. That said, fvck the rule of law, fvck fundamental human rights, fvck those human activists that always seem to think they have an opinion with legal matters; if someone or a group of people have decided to cause pain and havoc to humanity, I do not think tax payers funds should be wasted giving them a fair trial or any trial for that matter. I think they should be wasted immediately. That way, they wouldn't reoccur as a challenge in the future and the decisiveness in treating their case would be a warning to others that might want to tread in their path.

"A shoot/hang when caught order" should be put in place for criminals and watch how it would be reduced drastically.
