Eventually only Asari, his wife, and his supporters on Nairaland would be left to fight the war they so desire to fight. Lmao. cheesy

Well I don't believe this story since it is coming from APCs official media house. APC is trying to give a larger than life impression holier than thou attitude. We are waiting for them. Enough of the stories, they are pretending to be the victims.
Don't you guys feel ashamed saying this only to turn around tomorrow to post stories critical of the opposition from the same source?? cheesycheesy

Politics › Re: Jonathan: I’ll Become Peace Ambassador After Leaving Office by omenka(m): 5:39pm On May 22, 2015
Gbawe:
Well, if Shina Rambo and Ayo Oritsejafor could turn away from lives of crime to become "men of God" then perhaps there is hope the most ethnically and religiously divisive President Nigeria has has since 1999 can become a 'peace ambassador' who will now work for ethnic and religious harmony. Mind you, I won't hold my breath as per the chances of GEJ succeeding as a 'peace ambassador' given his history many are all too aware of. Yet Nigerians have short memories so jobless Jonathan is certainly welcomed to try.
Politics › Re: hmmm by omenka(m): 4:46pm On May 22, 2015
Goodbye Mr President. You did try but your effort was terrible.
Wish you a peaceful retirement, but sadly, can't say the same for your wife.
Politics › Re: Lower Niger Congress Presenting Their Case At Us Congress W.dc by omenka(m): 4:25pm On May 22, 2015
Nigerians. When is our hypocrisy ever gonna end?? cheesy

You go to present your case before the US congress and when they eventually make a stateement not favourable to your course, you say the are being meddlesome and chasing a white supremacist agenda. cheesy

Politics › Re: Protest In Kano As Muslim Youths Burn Court Over 'blasphemous Comment' by omenka(m): 1:08pm On May 22, 2015
Haha.

I'm very sure most people simply rushed to comment just after reading the title.

I'm very sure had they read and realised it was a Sharia Court that was burnt, and the "judge" who made the alleged blasphemous comment is a Muslim, they wouldn't have typed what they typed.

Oh well, I'm winding down here. Seems kids have taken over the forum. smiley

One simply can't get any constructive engagement with opponents around here anymore.

As my pastor would say; it is well with us.
Enjoy guys.

Mogidi:
Buhari's constant travel to the UK is bordering many people, and for a good reason too.
Check this :
He went to the UK at least 5 times last year and this is his 2nd trip to the UK this year, he last visited in March just before the election.

I hope Buhari has stopped operating that Midland bank account, same account that mysteriously has 2.8billion deposited then removed in 1984/85.
Can't his daughter in the UK manage his account or Buhari doesn't trust her?
Lol.

Now guys check this out: initially, Jonathanians told us Buhari can't risk going to the UK because he's wanted for crimes against humanity he committed back in '85, and that all pictures of him purportedly in the UK were photoshoped. Even Fayose had to go take pictures in transcorp saying Buhari didn't travel and that the room in which he was was the same room in which Buhari was when pictures of him with a female jornalist circulated the internet.

They even went as far as circulating pictures of him supposedly arrested when he went for the Chattam House event. No??

Now the same guys are complaining of his constant travels to the UK!!

Can we see what these guys are made of?? cheesycheesy

AustineE1:
I dont simply understand what some of you guys gain in your usual tribal bashing,a lot of meaningful time is wasted criticising and antagonising others. It is simply affecting the quality of contributions we Nigeria youths can make in discussions these days,we see tribe first in anything we discuss and the same generation and political class that plundered our economy and commonwealth,is having a field day while the youths are busy E-bashing each other....its painful for me to accept the fact that this generation,is a wasted generation.

Its an Islamic
financial product targeted at Muslims in
the Northern part of the country. What if they are Muslims who are based in the north??
Don't be deceived. The politicians are the ones trying to polarise us along ethnic and religious lines so as to consolidate their grip on power. The average business man doesn't care a hoot who is buying or selling what, what they care about is if the venture is profitable. The same way the politicians don't care where you come from as long u can assist them in looting state resources.

The earlier we understand this, the better for all of us.

Career › Re: How Access Bank Treated Us Unjustly by omenka(m): 7:39am On May 21, 2015
In all honesty, I felt really emotional reading this. This is nothing but pure slavery. Even core financial institutions that ought to be the bastion of professional ethics are the ones breaking all the rules in the books.

I don't know, but I think this would make for a very strong case for some human rights lawyer. Sue these guys' assses to hell and milk them dry. This is just outrageous.

The greed of these bankers far surpass that of our politicians honestly.

Haba. angry

"We are not happy he picked a south westerner since Obj was there for 8 years". Now this is the selective amnesia and hypocrisy that get me wondering what the hell is in these guys' head (this guy and Uduaghan). Obasanjo didn't pick a south easterner, Yaradua didn't, Jonathan didn't, and yet they have a problem with Buhari's choice only.

So irritating.
