babs2011: ^ As a matter of fact I was in my local Aldi ( a similar store to Lidl) last week and saw some kettle bells on special offer, I bought the 5kg one and trekked home carrying it as you have to pay for carrier bags there lol! It has been sitting in my cupboard for a week now so thank you for hitting us up with this kettlebell workout YouTube clip. Will give it a go!
