I don't see that President changing his mind. |
It is well. |
Please remove that Supreme Court. Just say fake lawyer. There is nothing like fake Supreme Court lawyer. Otherwise we can also say fake High Court lawyer was caught in Lagos. |
May he be found. |
This Kyari guy is really trying oh! By the way Police has reset one of the eyes of the second guy. |
All of these above are key, I won't bother to add anything other than to say, you may not break even as early as you thought but men, don't take a No for an answer. By the way, don't mind ruggedlaw point no 6. Partner with mine. . |
California, that is probably the most active economic hub of the US. Well let them try. There is no harm in trying. |
Congratulations to him! |
Pathetic for the family. They would have to go back to Iraq and start life afresh. |
FearFactor1:Correct. Just address the Press tomorrow, telling them that one of the greatest leader ever liveth is Ayo Fayose. Tell the youth to support him in giving the FG a proper opposition, so that we would have a great democracy. Also, tell the Press that you are lending your voice to Ayo Fayose's and other prominent Nigerians on the need to have the President speak to us wherever he is to confirm his health status. Make sure there is a chopper waiting to take you to Ado Ekit ( Govt House) after the press address. On a serious note: follow him on Twitter and be zealous. |
Not sure Trump thought about this! |
It is well oh! |
Come! Please how many times would this pic come to FP? |
Is this real or a joke? Anyways, it looks funny! |
It is well. |
Must they shoot their victims? Can't they just take and go instead of wasting precious lives here & there? |
Did he trade mark or patent the cake design such that other person can use it? If No, then he has no case. No case submission. |
Local Government Councils are the ones in charge of Street Naming. Find out which Local Government Area the street falls into, approach them, pay the requisite fees, the street would be named according to your desire. |
This piece is going to Seun and MODs, please double check the veracity of a news item before pushing it to the front page. I know there are terms specifying that posters are responsible and liable for their posts but we must all know that LAW is an ASS & DYNAMIC. |
lofty900:The President has never really been in money like his colleagues ,eg OBJ, IBB. So it may not sound like money. Except he has been coding. |
Hello Everyone, I note that everybody is raking seriously over this issue. Actually, I detest some of things the foreigners do and you can take them up legally. However, once any or all are identified as Diplomats, my people END OF DISCUSSION. 9jakohai has made it plain above and I suggest we read his comment very well. Let me also, provide some provisions of the Law here: "DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES ACT An Act to consolidate and amend certain enactments relating to diplomatic immunities and privileges. [27th December, 1962] [Commencement.] PART I Diplomatic immunities and privileges Immunities of foreign envoys and consular officers 1. Immunities of foreign envoys, etc. (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, every foreign envoy and every foreign consular officer, the members of the families of those persons, the members of their official or domestic staff, and the members of the families of their official staff, shall be accorded immunity from suit and legal process and inviolability of residence and official archives to the extent to which they were respectively so entitled under the law in force in Nigeria immediately before the coming into operation of this Act. (2) Any writ or process sued forth or prosecuted before or after the coming into operation of this Act, whereby any foreign envoy or foreign consular officer authorised and received as such by the Government of Nigeria or any member of the official or domestic staff of such foreign envoy or foreign consular officer is liable to arrest or imprisonment, or his or their goods or chattels are liable to distress, seizure or attachment, shall be void. (3) Nothing in this section shall- (a) authorise immunity from arrest of any member of the official or domestic staff of a foreign envoy or foreign consular officer unless the name of such person was, before the arrest, recorded with the Minister by the foreign envoy or foreign consular officer; or (b) confer the benefits of this section on any merchant or other trader within the meaning of any Act relating to bankruptcy or insolvency, who is in the service of a foreign envoy or foreign consular officer. 2. Waiver of immunity of foreign envoys, etc. A foreign envoy or foreign consular officer, with the consent of his Government, may waive any immunity or inviolability conferred by or under this Act on himself and without the necessity for such consent may waive immunity or inviolability so conferred on a member of his official or domestic staff, or on a member of his family or of the family of a member of his official staff". So when you come across any Number Plate (most usually in purple sprinkled with green) like 110 CD 02 abeg avoid them to avoid story that touches the heart. It seems to me from the provisions of the ACT, that a Diplomat can actually kill and goes free and that a host country can only expel such diplomat except his country waives his immunity. |
naptu2:Good to hear this then but we want more of that. |
IbnIslam::" "Na wah for you guys", always scrutinizing lines. I think an average Nigerian says that often or once in a while when it relates to an object that ought to have been perceived with another sense i.e. this time the hearing sense! Most especially when trying to emphasize something. |
Justdulla:I will appreciate any link to where TVC/Channels covered any war or boko haram activity as it was happening. I am aware most of the videos (repeat videos) are sourced from the foreign Journalists who were covering it live. I even saw one recently, the guy ( I think from CNN) was with them in the night as they were exchanging heavy fire and using heavy artillery. |
Justdulla:As in showing where there are exchanging live cross fire, throwing bomb, using all manner of artillery, that is what I meant and not broadcasting an event live. I see these on CNN et al regularly. I commend the man for even having the courage to go near but to give live coverage of war, I have not seen it on TVC or Channels or on any Nigeria media. |
Love Machine:If you zoom the first 2 pics, you will see TVC. |
He tried Sha! But those CNN and foreign journalists would give you live footage ni! |
Please check with First Bank. There could be an issue. Early in 2016, I used my GTB Naira Master card to pay for hosting on GoDaddy and it went through. The GT card got stuck in another bank's ATM, you know the rest of the story. While waiting for re issuance, I tried my FCMB Master card, for where it didn't work. I just got my GT card back and I am enjoying online purchases. |
unclezuma:Well, I hope it won't crash cause people would withdraw fund poco a poco until the last fund. |
opelyem:Okay thanks. |
