I have not seen a copy of the judgment, when I do I will make appropriate comment. For now, please google Suo Muto. It means the court can of its own volition take an action on an obvious position which the parties cannot see or decipher.

I really don't think these guys are good role models for youth. I know there are lot of people doing these baby mama thing who are not on the spotlight. But for those on the spotlight, they should know that anything they do is like laying a precedent for the young ones who believe in them.

Thanks. I wanted to say that. At OP, next time you see any aircraft with green stripes and coat of arms at the tail, it belongs to the Presidential fleet. They have quite a large fleet, that is why they could lend one to the Custom's boss. Whether he is entitled to Presidential jet or not is a matter for another day.

I disagree with you sir. When you want to execute an idea, you as a person may not need certificates but you need to have those who have certificates around you. Once they take orders from you on what to do and the endeavour is successful, there may not be reference to them by the public.

He said the only portion they cannot dispense with is the portion where the ACT says that a lawyer must sign FORM CAC 4. He said what he would advise is that they should approach lawyers who can collect token and fill that form. It thus mean you cannot do this without a lawyer, no matter what. I don't think there is the need to mention the President's name in this matter. This whole thing boils down to we lazy Nigerians. For you- the TSA is not in one bank, there are about two or three banks doing TSA for CAC. So if you meet long queue in UBA then go to Fidelity. To CAC, I do not think they should make life harsh for Nigerians. We have always paid to banks before the only difference is that we now have a TSA. I don't see any reason why the online platform should be down, when you get to payment option, you print your ref number, go to pay and return with the payment ref number to continue online. It looks easy except that we want to make everything hard.
