Pardon me please. Most people that are into real estate know that when you talk of buying tenement bungalow or building, the end result is to buy and pull down. I was communicating based on that assumption. Usually tenement bungalow cannot sustain the structure of a new building, in most 100% cases, when you buy, you pull down and put your own structure on it. In Mainland, it is extremely challenging to get a plot of land for as low as N5-7m (most especially within the areas you can easily connect Island) but those tenement bungalows, some of which are as old 30 t0 70years can be sold for such price.

The material for the ''Gele'' and "Ipele" do not ryhme with the tip of the Gele.
Those materials are wool while the tip of the Gele is damask.
It looks somehow.

Sometimes, I think getting information is key. There are still areas where you can get tenement bungalows for as low as between 5-7m. With additional 10 -12m you should be able to put something small on it. This is of course is not meant for those who want to build or buy in choice areas.

If you have money to do masters and PHD you are bold enough to start a business of your old and there are few PHD holders at 26 the is more to her story for now i am not buying this story.

Please calm down and read stories well before commenting. The inscription says PhD student. The last time I remember, PhD takes an average of 3-6 years in Nigeria. So if she rounds up the PhD programme at age 30, she is still in place. Anyway, the issue at hand is job, if you have, please don't hesitate to link her.

So is it appropriate for an husband to bring a friend from another city (or friends from anywhere) who called that he's coming to stay two days in their house to execute a project in their city without first seeking approval from the wife? And if he seeks her approval and the wife says no or not this time, what should he do?

The word approval may not be the right word but neither of the spouse can allow a friend or visitor to sleep over in their house without both of them agreeing on such gestures.

That stuff is usually challenging. I suggest you open a new account like someone said above.
However if you are bent on using that account name, go to (Assuming you are in Lagos) High Court premises, Ikeja or Island, tell them to do affidavit of change of name for you. The next is to go to Punch at Opebi, tell them you want to advert for change of name, it is less than 10k. You will give punch your ID, Affidavit, in case of Marriage (you will attach a marriage certificate). Once the advert is published, you will take all of them and apply to the BM of your branch.
It is challenging but once you are through, they will change the name.
