There are trying to organize at local level to create a political platform youths can rally around in 2023. My fear is that when the major parties PDP,APC and APGA are able to identify their leaders they will bribe the Judases among them with state resources to betray the cause and cause infighting.And also send their thugs to intimidate the leaders.

The youths leaders should not be hungry people that will easily betray the cause.

haaa! That is a problem.If the ENDSARS protesters could rejected several bribe by politicians that means there is hope ..But I do not think this party is link to that category of people.

Where is that youth party (YDP) ? are they waiting till 2023 before they start mobilizing the youth ?

You guys can't seem to get over Regina Daniels marriage to that old man but you often keep mute and turn your head the other way when your young Nigerian men get married to thier oyinbo wives who are old enough to be thier grandmothers . They do this just becos they want to escape poverty by fire by force . We have seen so many of them do this for the green card..so it shows that this cravens for wealth & comfort works both ways .

There are a lot of corperate gigolos that call themselves responsible men. They specifically target & date rich girls becos of thier wealth.They do this so that life can be easy for them ..It works both ways ..The broke guys that are oppurtunist; who leech themselves on rich working class ladies while the broke girls leeched themselves on rich men to provide for thier need & comfort .So they are both broke ass oppurtunist . So why focus on only the women , Is it not double standard ?

The country is hard and tough on both men and women .while some are ready to task thier brain or get thier hands dirty in other to make end meet, others prefer the easy way out by selling thier bodies and their pride, so as not to succumb to hardship & poverty that is sweeping across the country .
If Nigeria were to have all the basic amenities like good light, healthcare, good public school, affordable & easy transportation system..I don't think majority ladies will be looking for rich or comfortable men before they will say I Do. So many of them might just want to get settled and live thier lives simple and comfortable without struggling so hard just to afford the most basic things of life for her & her family.

These basic things listed above are luxury to us as Nigerians but are very basic to people in the west. Beside, these basic amenities are expensive to afford on your own and Is not easily affordable and accessable to the poor man, which makes it difficult to live a comfortable life .

The only people that will benefit from the burning of the BRT buses will be the Danfo bus drivers ..so you are right ..NURTW has a case to answer..They might have taken advantage of the situation to bring down BRT buses.

The military will only inform Sanwo that they received order to patrol and restore law and order. Sanwo will then go ahead to restrict movement for those period.

He couldn't have known how the brutal the military would be.

A child born yesterday knows that the military are not called into a protest not until the police and all necessary seciorities of the state have been overwhelmed.. They did not go to Orile where they burnt police station , They did not go to Benin( that even released prisoners ) to shoot, what about Agege, Ikorodu and Ketu nko, where there was unrest. But they choose to drive all the way to a spot that has never been known to have any violence and the most organized.
Lekki protest have never had course to bring in the police for any reason .It is one of the most peaceful & a well cordinated protest ground and you are telling me there that Tinubu & governor is not aware about the massacre.. the calculated way they brought down the CCTV, the light leave less to be desired . Una weldone .

I am surprised that you expect sympathy from soldiers .They are trained to kill and to follow orders no matter the assignment given to them it must be carried out .That is why Fela called them Zombie.This is becos they have be programmed to be Zombies.The person that gave the order should be our priority .Sanwo-Olu must have requested for assistance for the military to come ..if it was a federal thing, then they would have gone to Benin, Kwara , Plateau and the East where they are having crisis also ..But they came strait to Lekki, becos Tinubu investment is at the Toll gate..They did not go to Orile, Agege where there are crisis but decided to come up the most peaceful spot .May they Rest In Peace.

As long as they are still playing music, as long as there are still girls to exchange number with, as long as you can snap yourself and post on social, as long as you can use it to show off, and as long as you do not have enough sense and sincerity to know that problems are solved painstakingly not with quick fix, I really don't think anything outside these can stop you.

I am just documenting this your "struggle" so that when we all begin to suffer the real suffering we will be able to remember how it started. So that you don't change the story.

For documentation purpose here are SOME of the things the government has done yet you insist on shutting down the country,

1. Ban SARS patrol

2. Supported the protest as the right of the protesters

3. Arrested some of the Police men who harrass protesters.

4. Set up a Presidential Panel that has now indicted tens of SARS operatives and recommended others for dismissal.

5. Ban SARS.

6. Set up a replacement for SARS and invited celebrities to their training to ensure everything is done well.

7. Promised that no SARS operative will be among the new team.

8. Began the process of putting SARS operatives through medical test.

9. Met with stakeholders and civil society on how they can monitor all the promises being made.

10. Released arrested protesters with warning to Policemen to allow protesters protest.

11. The President gave a National address, the IGP gave a live press conference and have aired several meetings with leaders of the youths.

12. Setting up of Judicial Panel of Inquiry in all 36 States with PUBLIC HEARINGS!

13. Each State has been ordered to set up a Victim Support Fund to be funded by the Federal Government to compensate families of victims.

And this list is by no means exhaustive. But nothing will take you off the streets if there is music, beer and women.
