@GODSAYES. I am very sorry for my inability to reply your post before now. Ogun State list of Registered Comandclem Patentees used to appear on "www.comandclemonline.com" website for years, but this list was missing when I visited the site. And all efforts I made to get Pastor Abimbola Salami, the Senior Manager of Comandclem for Ogun State, to comment on this issue were futile. However, I think the disappearance of the list might not be unconnected with the decision of Comandclem Authorities to centralise operation. I am of the opinion that there might be only one database for all Comandclem Registered Patentees at the end of the day. ~OMOKEMESI

ATTENTION! All Patentees Who Registered in OGUN STATE: If you registered as a Comandclem Patentee in Ogun State and your name has not appeared on the State Patentees website, you are expected to call at the Abeokuta Branch Office of Comandclem to ensure that your details are properly documented. This you must do before next Friday, March 25, 2011, the Comandclem Senior Manager for Ogun State, Pastor Abimbola Salami, announced on the State "GATEWAY RADIO" earlier today. He pointed out that those Patentees whose names had been published on their website had nothing to worry about. Pastor Salami also called on those who paid for registration but had not come to obtain receipts to come and collect them in order to complete their registration. ~OMOKEMESI

Withdrawal of Case Against Mobil, Comandclem Lawyer, Barrister A. Ahmed, from Majiyagbe Chambers, gives reasons: * "We had to file withdrawal papers in court following the intervention of very eminent persons, including traditional rulers, politicians and top government functionaries. * "Here we are talking of mediation instead of litigation and as you know, mediation is one of the best avenues to settle a matter out of court. It is better to jaw than to war. * "Since the intervention of the notable personalities, we are very optimistic of a speedy resolution of the matter. * "If the parties start the discussion soon, we should be over with the mediation within a month. Mediation is a shorter route to resolving a matter. Litigation is a much longer way; and we have opted for mediation." None of my sources was able to confirm the end of registration as at the time of sending this report. However, the Head Office of Comandclem in Lagos had become beehive of activities as State Managers converged there to submit their respective list of registered Patentees from the states under their administration. The Management of Comandclem had given them up till today within which to submit the list, files, duplicate receipts, bank transactions and other documents relating to all Patentees that registered in their states. A source told me: "everything is going smoothly". A voice different from the voice of a top official of Comandclem I contacted few minutes ago said: "Oga is very busy at a meeting." The voice however disclosed that the Panel set up to verify the lists and documents submitted by the Comandclem State Managers might start work tomorrow. ~OMOKEMESI

@Kalu,  thank you for all your posts which I appreciated.  The only portion that appeared "Thomasic" to me was where you affirmed: "Me I wont shout Halleluya yet UNTIL I HEAR FROM THE KING'S MOUTH that Comandclem has received Her first Cheque from Mobil" (capitals mine).                                                      I thought what this meant was that you would not believe if the information even came from the "mouth" of any other person or Comandclem official, except that of the King.   If you think I have miscontrued  what you said, I am sorry.    We are both together.                                                             Concerning   withdrawal of court cases,  I have explained the reason in my earlier post. Mobil was said to have given that as a condition to open negotiation. I added that court action could still be taken  if negotiation failed.                                               Close of Registration: I think we should wait till after March 15.  Thank you.                                                     ~OMOKEMESI

However, Kalu, because your name is also "JOHN", I will like you to read the book of your namesake, John, Chapter 20, read from verse 24 through 29. Kalu, how many Hallelujahs would you shout if you eventually celebrate the coming Easter from accumulated "meal allowance" received as Comandclem Patentee? MY AFTERNOON DREAM I had a brief dream few minutes ago. I saw thousands of people from different ethnic groups singing a very melodious song. I THOUGHT I WAS IN PARADISE. It was when I opened my eyes that I discovered it was the heat which enveloped me when POWER HOLDING did what they know best that woke me! THE SONG : Alleluia! Alleluia!! Alleluia!!! PROF UWEMEDIMOH RAISES ALARM: Dubious Persons going about collecting money from unsuspecting would be Patentees! The Chairman of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Inventor Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, has raised alarm that some "dubious persons" were going about collecting money from unsuspecting would be patentees. Addressing Comandclem Patentees in Lagos, Prof Uwemedimoh declared: "I understand that some dubious persons, most of them are dismissed and disgruntled staff who are going about collecting money from unsuspecting would be patentees and persons." According to a report in the current issue of THE LIBERATION, the world acclaimed Inventor affirmed: "I want to state categorically that Comandclem Nigeria Limited dissociates itself from the illegal activities of those persons and I have directed that they be arrested and handed over to the law enforcement agencies". He went on: "I do not operate my office with State Coordinators as they claim. What I have are State Managers who run the affairs of the Company. Anybody wanting to pay should pay to any Comandclem accredited bank and not individuals." The Comandclem boss urged patentees who paid and got genuine receipts not to entertain any fear, adding, "we have mapped out payment programmes in line with their categories." from OMOKEMESI

@Airmark , please pardon me for the little delay in responding to your post. Each Comandclem State Manager has at least a GSM. Airmark, you can contact the Manager of the State where you registered as a patentee. If you don't have the number, send somebody there to collect it. It is very important to ensure that your name appears on the list of those to be sent to Comandclem Head Office in Lagos. What every Patentee should do is to ensure that his/her name is on the list to be sent to Head Office. A stitch in time . . , ~OMOKEMESI

@Skydeexie @bassete Thank you for your posts and observations. While not officially defending Comandclem Management staff, I think they concentrated majorly on WINNING THE ROYAL BATTLE AGAINST MOBIL, which is paramount. No final Victory, No Royalty. No Royalty, No Payment to Patentees. No Payment to Patentees, Useless Patentees Database! I am also sure that they have all along been operating with very limited source of fund. As we are about to SHOUT 7 HALLELUYAHS, it will not take them too long time to do all those things that are needed to be done. Meanwhile, beware of "heart attack"! Cheers. ~OMOKEMESI

UWEMEDIMOH CONFIRMS WITHDRAWAL OF CASES AGAINST MOBIL The Chairman of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, has confirmed the withdrawan of all court cases which his company instituted against Mobil. According to the report, the Inventor disclosed that highly placed persons, including respected Traditional rulers in the society, had stepped in to address the issues of payment by the oil company and enforce the various court judgements. He declared: "With the withdrawal, I am very optimistic that we are heading towards the final phase of our settlement with Mobil. @Ay89. Thank you for your Post. I pray you will not have heart attack in Jesus' name. Please prepare your mind well in advance that you will be receiving "heavy" allowances if you are a "Prince" or above. This is to prevent you from having an attack when you receive the statement of your account, due to overjoy! But, honestly, if you are asked to shout Alleluyah or Hallelujah (meaning "Praise God ), I don't think this should cause anybody heart attack. If you are also told that by the time you start receiving your allowances from Comandclem, you will shout Alleluyah (Praise God) almost ceaselessly, this ought not to cause heart attack. In any event I am praising God frequentiy because after the death of Chief Anthony Enahoro, a staunch supporter of King Prof Uwemedimoh, God has again raised men of "TIMBER and CALIBRE" in Nigeria to support Comandclem and the Inventor. LET SOMEBODY SHOUT ALLELUYAH! What I think can cause heart attack to some Patentees now, is to officially announce on this Thread that all hope of getting anything from Mobil is now lost and Patentees should no more expect anything ! But as it is, our hope of getting what belongs to us is rising everyday. And the world acclaimed Inventor and Comandclem Founder is still alive, hale and hearty. LET SOMEBODY SHOUT HALLELUJAH! ~OMOKEMESI

BREAKING NEWS! COURT CASE AGAINST MOBIL WITHDRAWN. The case instituted by Comandclem Nigeria Limited against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited at the Federal High Court in Lagos, has been dropped, a usually reliable source closed to Comandclem revealed to me, few minutes ago. According to the source, the case was withdrawn because of the level of negotiation currently going on, the calibre of the people handling the negotiation and the political situation in the country. The source who preferred to be anonymous, disclosed that it would not be long when Comandclem Patentees would start receiving what was due to them. The source admonished all Patentees to continue to be patient, pointing out that it took the blacks in South Africa about 30 years to get back what belonged to them while "ours is less than half of that". The source reiterated the promise of Comandclem boss, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, that all Patentees would collect their entitlements, "come rain or sunshine." Commenting on the "LIBERATION NEWSPAPER" which has been out of circulation for some weeks, "due to some technical hitches", the source confirmed that the Newspaper would be on the streets from next Wednesday, 2nd March, 2011. ~OMOKEMESI

@Azyz, I am very glad to welcome you to this Assembly. Your maiden post is very impressive and encouraging. The purpose of this Thread is to enable Comandclem Patentees rub minds and pass useful information among ourselves. The Management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited can also use this Thread to pass information to COMANDCLEM PATENTEES too. That is why I am wondering why Patentees from different parts of the country, especially those in Lagos, have not been contributing to this Thread. Any Patentee has the right to post CORRECT, USEFUL, HELPFUL and/or ENCOURAGING information to this Thread. It is dis-heartening that up till now, none of the Patentees who witnessed the hearing of the case instituted against Mobil by Comandclem at the Federal High Court in Lagos has posted story about the event to this Assembly. We should not continue to be viewers or readers of information alone, we should also be "passers". @Ademola, long time! ~OMOKEMESI

ENFORCEMENT OF LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE: HEARING BEGINS TODAY                                                         A  large number of Comandclem Patentees are expected to throng the Federal High Court , Ikoyi, Lagos, this morning.                                                                Reason:  They are to witness the hearing of the case which Comandclem Nigeria Limited instituted against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, expected to begin this morning.                                             According to a reliable source,  Comandclem dragged the oil Company to the Court, seeking the enforcement of a "Letter of Acceptance"  dated 20th July 2010, alleged to have been written by an official of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in which he allegedly  said: ". . .we have agreed to pay the money in (4) four equal installments."                                              Comandclem is claiming over $236billion from Mobil as royalties for the use of the Anti Corrosive Special Paint invented by the Founder of Comandclem, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, a scientist and inventor, in 1980.                                                                   He secured Patent Right for this invention from Nigeria's Federal Government on 5th August, 1999.                                      Prof Uwemedimoh later dragged Mobil to court over the ownership of the Anti Corrosive Special Paint invention and unpaid royalties. The inventor finally won the case at the Federal Appeal Court on December 8, 2009, after a decade of legal battle held in Nigeria and the United States of America. The Federal Appeal Court, Calabar, on December 8, 2009, finally declared Prof Uwemedimoh/Comandclem Nigeria Limited, the rightful owners of the invention. In a landmark judgement delivered by Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs on the 8th of December 2009, he declared: "I wish to say straightaway that having applied for the patent and the Patent Certificate No. 13522 was issued (Exh. 2), Comand Clem Nigeria Limited became the registered Patentee in the invention called Anti Corrosive Special Paint for QIT (Transteel Blue, White Enamel Q. A. D,) with effect from 5/8/99. ". . .Any infringement by the respondents or any other person will be actionable at the instance of the appellants, starting from 5/8/99." ~OMOKEMESI
