On a second thought, I believe if you have other jobs on the said site like hand rails, window burglaries, I can come to site to take measurements myself and if after the job when I'm making delivery I can also do the standing tank if it's available

I have hand rails only at the entrance. See attached pic.
Water tank should also be needed.
What will be your quote for water tank and rails so I know if it's what I will consider now. It's a 4bedroom bungalow and we are using underground water storage(well)

I will get them to send the precise measurements early nextweek then I will contact you to finalize the agreement.

the materials on the second one are

1" pipe and 14mm square rod. For durability knowing that this will be in the rain 247, I suggest we use wrought iron pipe.

The cost of it by 10ft is 40,000. Kindly physically reconfirm the measurements of the rails and furnish me with the pictures.

About the gate, kindly upload the picture of the design you have choosen

Use 14mm - 16mm square rod and you’ll have nothing to worry about.

The burglar will have to come with a grinder, generator and a very good cutting disk to cut through.

I don't have any design. You can quote for the attached pictures or if you have a better one you can recommend. For the gate, I have picked one already. Will let you know of the material option when finalizing the agreement.

You are right man. Just checked the plan again its actually 10ft each ( 2 set) with pillars in between.
You could provide pricing for the two set. Also let me know cost of transportation of both the gate and fence rail to Ekpoma.

There's no way a fence rail will be 30ft long. It's usually 10ft long. Do you have any idea what 30ft is like? That's almost two storey building

The precise location is Ekpoma.
I will also need a quote for protector ( If that's the right name) to be installed on the front fence. I think that side of fence should be around 30ft long. I will get you the precise length or more details when we agree to move forward.

sure there will be a provision for a 3ft entrance built into the gate unless you want it outside but I don't think you would want that because of space and stuff.
I don't know your exact location at Benin to be able to get you a quote for delivery. But budget 40-60,000 for delivery to your site. Hanging is for manson even though I maybe on site to explain a thing or two to them if they are not that experienced on such. I will fabricate everything that the gate will require before bringing it to site

wrought iron. It is basically aesthetics but it is also more durable because it's specially treated. Think about it as treated wood that safe from mots. All iron will eventually rust but wrought iron will outlive every iron.

What is the purpose of the wrought iron? Is it just for aesthetic? I would like to know more to make an informed decision. Also, does it include the other leaf just for normal entrance (not car entrance)

#520,000 for 2.5mm 450,000 for the 2mm. Kindly note that there is use of wrought iron on the design. If we should remove them, the price comes down to 480,000 and #400,000 respectively

I need more information of what you want the materials to be. The commercially available ones like 2mm charka plate pan or the one with 2.5mm pan. The later is more durable, heavier and durable. Of course more expensive. Do you have any design in mind.

Something below is good but a bit expensive though. But if you like, I can get you something cheaper.

what's the measurements of the place you want the gate installed. That will enable me know what you want. Normally it's about 14-16ft long but it can be customized to your choice

I have read some reviews about @money121 here and I was at times doubtful if they were real! Well, I decided to give him a try on my roofing project and here is my story;

I contacted @money121 (CEO Imran roofing) on WhatsApp to let him know about my project and he asked for the roofing plan which I sent and he gave me a rough estimate pending when the wood work is completed and the actual measurement can be done. Two weeks after the wood work was done and he then asked me to send him actual measurement so he can get load the right quantity of materials to my site in Ekpoma Edo state. I sent a local guy around Ekpoma who is also a roofer to take the measurement and he sent me the sqm.

Sending the measurements to @money121 he told me those measurements where just too much judging from the plan I sent him earlier. This arouse my interest in @money121! Because he could have charged me with those measurements and no one will know about it. He offered to send his boy down to Ekpoma to take the measurement and behold his measurement was way less than what the other roofer sent!.

We agreed on the payment terms that I pay a deposit of 2.3M before he will load the materials to Ekpoma but I forgot I have 1M daily limit in my bank. After I transferred the 1M to him, I told him of the situation, to my surprise @money121 loaded the materials that morning and sent them to Ekpoma with his boys without waiting for me to complete the initial deposit of 2.3M.

Today the roofing is completed and I would want to let everyone know that @money121 (Imran roofing) is one of the most honest Nigerian businessman I have seen and his professionalism is second to none....keep up the good work @money121 you have just won me over!

I noticed Spyder880 does roofing before parapet dressing in one of his project, the guy is an experienced builder, if he followed that sequence then it could be a good idea.
