How should I send you the building plan so you can estimate the quantities of paint.

gbadexy:
Screeding is the best form of wall smoothening followed by application of primer.
You may use silk or satin for inside and matte for external.
You may also use regular emulsion for pop.
You may use any type of screeding. Cement/pop emulsion, pop cement or basecoat. Just ensure sufficient PVA bond is added with the cement and pop cement type.
Regular emulsion: N7500
Matte: N26000
Satin: N31000
Silk: N36000
Transport should be in the range of N1500 per drum to most parts of the country and I split the cost with clients or make free delivery if the quantity is much.

I have a very limited knowledge on paints so I would also need your expertise in making a choice. I intend to do screeding (if you have better alternative..its welcomed!) before painting.
Could you recommend and also give price(including delivery) for a good paint to use for exterior, interior and pop.
How long will it take to produce and deliver to Ekpoma?

#1200 per sqm for only labour.
I found out buying materials for them is more expensive

As for the transportation if the work is much we can get the materials around that place and fabricate it at your site and install it there so if we are to buy the materials here in Lagos the money for transportation to that place will be much

Plastering is done already and building is fenced and gated. I think that should provide some sort of security without doors and windows

As an engineer, I will advise you to fix the door and windows before plastering. Doors an windows fitting doesn't affect POP ceiling installation. But fixing doors and windows will safeguard our staff (they always sleep on site) and materials on site.

I'm thinking will you advice the windows and doors be installed before pop so you can do the wall screeding at same time with pop installation?

So I decided to give @michlins a trial by giving him the contract for my gate and fence rails. Not only did he do a perfect job, he delivered on time and was very professional in our dealings.
