The story teller might have exaggerated the sentence but there’s element of truth in the story. It can happen and it has happened
TheGuyFromHR:

This story doesnt sound true.
10 years is a very harsh sentence by UK standards for what is basically medical malpractice of sorts.
All those doctors and co. who make those kinds of errors get sentences in the 3 year range, this is way too high to be plausible.
Perhaps the person you cited meant 1 year, not 10.

Not to underplay the underlying message though - everyone be careful out there, and as is still the case and for numerous other reasons, avoid domiciliary care if you can.

Travel / Re: Convert/transfer Naira Funds To Pounds GBP by omopapa: 11:01am On May 29, 2022
Thanks for the recommendation sir

lucky987:

What is the best method? Please can you explain?

My Zenith Bank Daily Limit is NGN 5,000,000.00

I mainly need the GBP funds in my UK Barclays Bank Account, as I am based in the UK. I'm not based in Nigeria.
lightnlife:
You can get exchange value into your UK account directly without going through the GBP dom account wahala.

Speak to Omopapa, Lexusgs430 or ask on this thread with fellow youkay people: https://www.nairaland.com/6719932/living-uk-life-immigrant-part-2/453#up

I read someone exchanged 20000£ recently. At best, you'll do in tranches.

I bought my ninja blender when it was on sale plus additional blue light card discount. I also enjoy 10% discount at ASDA
Lexusgs430:
If you work in the blue light sector, you can save as much as £6000, when buying a new car + a host other mouth watering savings, from other sectors/restaurants etc etc .........

To apply .......

Go Post office with your debit card, they will take the cash from you and deposit directly into your acct. Check revolut’s maximum daily deposit
lightnlife:
Please house, how and where can I deposit cash into my Revolut account?

I brought the cash from Naija.

TKMAXX

Broomstick01:
Maybe unrelated, but where do guys shop for wears pls?.

In stores are very low quality and expensive: jeans up to 35£ and dull looking
Online not that expensive and still wack. Boohooman, wish, amazon.

Possibly there are other places you guys shop.
