My hp 10-E010N mini laptop refuses to boot pass the hp logo screen, it just goes blank or displays "Sorry, your pc ran into some problems", then it restarts.
I have tried all possible solutions but none won't just work. Such a situation occured previously and i restored to factory setting via hp recovery setup on bootup, but now it can't access the recovery setup anymore (screen goes blank).

I even tried formatting from a usb stick but after loading the windows menu, the screen went blank.

Can you carry out an hard disk test?

Enter the bios setup and go under diagonistics. Run the basic hard disk test and get back to me.
I beed to ascertain if it's the hard disk before proceeding on telling you what next to do. Thanks

Go to My computer, right click and go to properties next click device manager by the rtop right hand corner of your screen. Just scroll down on the next page that displays. Under usb. Right click and unistall everything there. Restatt your system. Should work.

Better you disuse that charger before you burn your board. Get another recommend dell charger for it and maybe a surge protector in addition to save you from such issues in future.

If you are in lagos. Computer village is your best bet. You should get for around 1k to 3k but not new. Mostly fairly uaed removed from a scrap Hp envy system.

Who dey tell you make you scratch things?

You need new sets of ram. But and fix and your system should cone up. For the BSOD , it may be due to hardware conflict or incompatible drivers.

If you want them to purchase for you. Pay into their US bank account the equivalent amount and they would pay for the item for you and you would still pay for shipping cost down here.

If you are paying directly to the seller online through ebay by yourself but want the item sent to be their US OFFICE first this is because direct shipping to Nigeria costs alot more in comparism to theirs. Then the total weight of the goods would be calculated and sent to you and you can now pay for shipping aspect using their local bank accounts.

i dismantled the whole system, removed the power board and plugged it to the power source separately and it kept burning at the point where the power port interfaces with the power board. the laptop's model is clevo stylenote m660sr

I know how awkward abd depressing it can feel to be alone and not having anyone to share your troubles with. I am not trying to be politically correct or appeal to anyone. This her issue has been overflogged already.
