Lovely write up by the op. Most parents are too tightfisted. Allow your kids make some mistakes, let them learn, give them space let them learn what responsibility is. If you have trained your child and avail him with the knowledge of what is right and what is wrong and you have not just said those things but has also practised those virtues all your life. I don't see why you have to be scared and over protective of them.

I understand the society and environment can corrupt but i also believe a child that has been thought well and knows the consequences of wrongdoing would never fall for societal pressure because they have learnt to take responsibilities for their actions and inactions.

Things can always be improved on i guess. You guys just need to be open about it, work on it and be ready to seek help if necessary. He should be the one you should be discussing your fears with.

If a guy does not have the basics of what you want why not cut him loose and move on. If you can work on it fine. If not cut your loss and move on. But intimate incompatibility is a big issue in a marriage that has an 100 per cent chance of ruining the marriage.

I perfectly understand no one is perfect but shouldn't we be striving to get better? I understand there are some traits you can't help but put up with but there's always a point where you have to draw the line between imperfections and things that are basic gives in a relationship.

Another wrong notion. The old policy actually put the bankers on their feet. You could see they deployed more atm machines and funded them regularly because a particular bank knows if its own customers can't access their funds from the banks atm they were going to be the one to pay for the cost of the customer using another bank's atm.
