What happened to buying easy to maintain and cheap chinese drones to minitor the vast border and calling in reconnaissance mission from a nearby airfield?

Also Nigeria needs to start considering going on the offensive. Take it Village by Village and sweep them back to the border and rout them from there.

All these soldiers collecting 50 naira bribe on lagos roads should be taken off the streets. We also need fast mobile assualt groups of 20 to 50 soldiers. See the British Army dropping desert bikers 15 miles to a target against Isis and catching them unawares. Even pathetic that we don't even have a central control centre which has eyes on all units. This fight against BH is easy to win if we would just employ a bit technology. But how can we even achieve that when most officers are numbskulls and can't even operate a simple systems effectively not to talk advanced GPS systems? and do we even have these resources in the first place. War is 80 per cent tactics and how do you want to make effective plans when you wobbling around the north east like a blind man?

What's Nigercomsat's contribution to this? Or we just have a useless satellite out there?

These are the questions a sensible C in C should be asking and tasking his officers on. Was oppoortuned to see first hand the NA's guarding of a prime target in a volatile region and I must say if that's how things are carried out in other places like Borno and Yobe then we won't make any appreciable progress because the tactics, human resources and artillery was below average.

You had assets camped in a location which is a cul de sac surrounded by water and the first resistance to an outside attack is at the gate to the location. And guess what. It was manned by 4 to 5 soldiers with cellotape wrapped wretched looking Ak 47s and a rusty looking machine gun. Who does that? No eyes miles before the location. Nothing at all. One RPG shot from few miles away to the gate house from an outside attack and the gate is cleared and wide open. When BH attacks we all go up shouting when common sense tactics would have saved the situation.

Kinda incorrect saying that has become common and passed down.

It's actually the other way round.

The correct saying is..

The blood of convenant is thicker than the fluid of the womb which is actually the opposite of what most people bandy around.

Good evening guys, I really like the work you re doing in here. Plz help me with my system. I first noticed sometimes ago that while using it, the screen will suddenly turns blue, switch off and restart itself. Later it graduated to making noise, later to restarting at intervals. Before going for service, the battery was okay, after 3 weeks that I return, the battery doesn't work again. The keypads ain't pressing again. Pllz what can I do?
You probably left it half charged or totally flat before leaving.

Also you kept it in a not suitable environment. Either dust or lots of moisture has settled on the connetors of the keyboard.

You may have to buy a new battery and prolly take it to an engineer to fix that keyboard.

How was he shot in the head?

The very reason Islam promote illiteracy amongst women is to make sure women remain loyal to men, so was it those days, because men refuse to train their daughters too, out of ignorance and dependence on men as bread winners, but now women have equal opportunity to get education and work to earn a living, so women can decide to divorce at will, for "irreconcilable differences".
.
To think an handful liked your post is worrying. You succeeded in infecting them with your cluelessness I see.

An attitude you need to change.

Calls made from certain places like hospitals, schools, emergency services and other organisations MAY be routed through a switchboard, meaning no number will be displayed on the recipient's phone.

Ignoring certain calls, especially from emergency services could have catastrophic results, and leave nothing behind but regret and guilt, if a life is lost as a result.

I answer ALL calls, known or unknown. Unless you're on the run from people you've offended, people you owe money, or a Bailbonds man / woman is after you, there's no reason to be concerned when a caller's number is not displayed.
Please help me tell this village people o with their shameful I don't pick unknown numbers bla bla bla talk. What if the person is calling from a call centre and is trying to pass an urgent information to you? So they won't pick it?

That's how some people lose opportunities or get exposed to harm. The first person that called me yesterday about a blast was actually an unknown number. I was heading along that area but I had to change route after that call. Imagine me forming I don't pick unknown numbers. God knows what may have happened.

What happened to picking and if the person aint someone you want to talk to then kindly inform them to please call back at someother time. Simple courtesy. I guess common sense is truly not common.

You want it to look like she'd been sitting all day, anxiously waiting for you to call her? Doing that once in a while is very important, cos it portrays you a busy person...but if the person calls for more than 10times, it could be that something is at stake so I just pick... But for the two cases you cited, maybe the husband annoyed his wife before leaving...and maybe the mother wasn't with her phone.
So you would have to wait till the tenth time before you pick a call?

And that shows you are a busy person?

Care to explain what logicality is behind such action?

Edited:
Just saw your post about the death from unknown number ish. No need to explain again. Say hi to your fellow villagers. cheesy

Stop this inconsequential and overused talk show.

After fat budgetary allocation plus $1billion loan to support the military, yet you are not satisfied.

He changed NSA when you cried, he changed military chiefs and now he brought in an experienced minister for defence and yet you want his head on the battle field to satisfy you.

Where were you when the Military was recruiting?

The last time I checked, President GEJ's son is not of age for military service.
Your type don't seem to amuse me anymore.

You nip evil in the bud not allow it to fester. What was your dear foolish president doing as at 2010 to 2011 when they were rearing their ugly head?

Sat down at Aso rock and told us Nigeria is not the only one experincing terrorist attacks. Or pray tell me who was the president in 2010 when the UN building was bombed?

What did your silly president tell us? That it was done to stop him from aspiring to the President in 2011.

Ain't that the same lies you satanists are still spewing all over the internet that people would destroy their homes and cities just because they don't want him to contest again in 2015?

He is the C in C and if he can't address internal insurgency. he should do us the favour and resign. The bulk rests on his table.

Please get a brain. Your posts are not only loathsome they are barbaric and I would advise whatever school you went to engineer a refund.

In developed places you site projects in areas based on their economic viability not wishful thinking and half thoughts. I wish the project succeeds but In all honesty it would be a feat to pull off.
