About where Edo should go, maybe they should join Kogi and parts of Delta state to form a geopolitical zone.

Frankly, Edo man's political interest don't gel well with Ijaw or Eastern interests. Just my view though.

And if Jonathan loses in Edo state, then, it would be time to redraw the map of the geopolitical zones. No need sharing a zone with your political enemy. The zones were created to cater to "political" interests of each zone. Each zone should be able to rally round one political goal. If that doesn't happen, then there is problem somewhere.

I've always thought that these geopolitical zones don't make sense anyway. There is a need for restructuring.

I honestly don't see how Buhari gets more than 5% in South East. He may get 10% in South south due to Edo state factor.
GEJ's support in SE is total and cuts across all spectrum of society. Same pattern will be repeated among Igbos throughout Nigeria.

I see it this way: in previous presidential elections with Igbo candidate, you will have another Igbo candidate(s) running for thesame thing,,,,,,remember 2003?
Now, an Ijaw is vying for the post, Igbo is exhibiting maturity by not running,,,,,,,,,,our detrators can no longer accuse Ndigbo of selfishness,,,,,if only the Ijaw people will open their eyes!

This is really about Ndigbo.
If you can organize your self behind one cause which is not yours, you can also organize yourself behind YOUR own cause. Simple sense.

The biggest achievement by Ndigbo this year is the ability to speak with one voice.
That had eluded us for many years, but we did it resoundingly this year with GEJ.
From here, we can build on that ability. You have to count one before counting two.

I really believe that Ndigbo are gradually learning and adjusting to Nigerian politics.  
I'm still positively shocked that there is no single presidential candidate from Igboland this year.  
That alone is an amazing feat for a people so disorganized a few years back.
I'm proud of what we Ndigbo have achieved by supporting GEJ this year.  
If we can do this, we can definitely do more.

Going by what I read from some Buhari supporters of Igbo extraction, I cannot help but shake my head. Unbridled 'Igbo republicanism" is what has kept Ndigbo in their current political plight in nigeria. The blame should go to Igbo parents who raise their kids outside of Alaigbo and at thesame time fail to teach them what they will face as Igbo men/women in nigeria. Angry

With Buhari as President, first we will
- Stop Corruption - in the NORTH, the rest of the country can go to hell
- Strengthen every components of our institutions and sectors -in the NORTH
- Structures, facilities and amenities with be put in place to help this nation jump start and grow.-only in the NORTH
- Empowerment and crisis will be resolved. Problems will be solved without underhand deals- agitators for restructuring will be shot on sight.
- Competent Nigerians will be heading government offices and run them the way it. -only northerners heading all juicy positions
- Justice, fairness, discipline, equality and competence will be. - minus all the Emirs and Muslim extremists.

A vote for Jonathan is for continuity - am sure you are aware of the pains of Nigerians while few are stealing Billions daily - that to steal a couple of millions no longer feel bad. -a vote for Jonathan is a vote for ALL OF NIGERIA.

Once the system is right, Nigeria will grow. I know misrule have blinded many but Nigeria will be great again. Support Buhari 2011. - the system cannot be healed by a sectional Islamic extremist who thinks that Islam is the only way.

Says who? You, Jonathan and other PDP thieves. No way. If the number of Nigerians that vote for Jonathan are greater, there is nothing you and your fellow travellers can do about it.

Let vote and elect Buhari to deliver us from the clews of PDP. Nigeria have the capacity to be a leading voice in determining world policy. Lets not settle for PDP peanuts that is falling from the table of our servant (PDP).

I have a feeling that something funny will happen on the elections day.

Folks will get to the polls and truth will stare them in the face; moment of decision. Either go back to years of animal farm where a section of Nigeria is openly treated like kings, while other parts are treated like captured slaves, or move the country steadily forward, away from those years, and those types of leaders.

Suddenly, they would realize that there is really only one choice in this election.
