I have just received my medical instructions today in myCIC account. I am to make the report available to CDHC in 60 days. No instruction to pay for fees or board.

Applied online on 31st August going for PG Chemical Engineering in UBC.

I pray that this will be the begining of good news for all medical awaitees.

freshdude: Me self 20th of sept is my last day of grace. I stay in ph, if not I would have been at their office long ago. The worst part is ma school told me I can't deffer, rather I will have to reapply for me to be considered for admission and funding again. God dey.

bumfem: To all my seniors and big ogas in the house...will it be out of order if I put a call across to CDHC asking them the status of my application. My emails were not replied. My has advised I pay tuition b4 sept4. How do I handle this without assurance of medicals from CDHC. your sincere advice plssssss!!

Submitted May 10.told to pay 1year tuition and accommodation.
This is my 3rd application and I bless you all here.Oga Siga,Earthgreeners,Imade,Wura,Efosa,Spencer,Fhemmy,Iwinosajack and u,I say a BIg thank you for your advise and help.Couldn't stop crying when I tracked this morning.Delay is not denial,God is indeed FAITHFUL.

nicemax: The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) are on strike further slowing visa processing times.  The Citizenship and Immigration Canada website states,  The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas without warning or advance notice.  Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages. Contingency plans are already in place to ensure all offices remain open and are providing at least a minimum level of service. Priority will be placed on urgent humanitarian applications.

kofsy: No you were not tricked. There's usually an experimental section; which could either be verbal or quantitative. I guess yours was quantitative.

onuawuchi: I submitted my file on the 7th of May, and my sponsorship profile looks like this:
My sponsor is my elder sister
I showed her salary account balance of 3.7m
Her Cscs statement of about 3.5
A letter from her employer quoting her per annum of about 10m
Wrote me an affidavit and letter of sponsorship...stated her 4 kids as dependents
...... I'm going for a PG at Lakehead. My tuition is $13K.
I've not heard any thing from CHC up till now. I want to know what I've done wrong
