What is Ekwo's ruling on the substance of the case brought before him? Only theatrical displays of Judicial power to avoid the substance before his court.

What happened on the eve of 25th February presidential election was that as APC governors noticed that most voters were voting for the Labour Party, the Apc governors alerted Yakubu Mahmood. Thereafter, the system for electronic transmission of vote results of the presidential election was arrested. Mahmood took to illegal manual collation of votes and manufactured vote figures to pronounce APC'S candidate as winner of the presidential election.

After APC reduced Nigeria to become the poverty capital of the world and one of the most terrorised countries on earth; it's hard to imagine any saner Nigerian voter who voted APC to continue.

There has never been any stealing of presidential election so amateurish, so brazen and primitive like what Tinubu/APC did last presidential election. Nearly every INEC presiding officer has evidence of fraud against INEC.
All the evidences of fraud are glaring in the last presidential election theft. The thieves were so much in a hurry that they forgot to close their tracks.
So forget the previous election petitions you have followed.
