im not sure if i would make a good teacher but im just speaking from the heart i guess. even though alot of people say that live in this "fantasy" world of romance, i really dont care what they say. i feel romance and love is out there and waiting for us to be captivated by it.

everything in this world needs balance. this included. what is the point of good sex when you are emotionally not in to it. eventually you will want something more. but if the sex isnt good then yeah there is a problem. because it is going to cause problems in the relationship.

i care a great deal. with is a life without love?? what is love with out romance?? i feel they both keep life worth living for. there is a feeling you get when you see that special someone you love. to me it is like im flying up high and never fear the possibility of falling down. but hey it is just me.

shakespeare is only boring when you dont understand what he is saying. but when you do, they way he describes love and romance makes you think that love can conquer all. Athena, now that is lil too much, even for me. but yeah i have always been a romantic person. but it seems to get me in trouble sometimes.

i rather him smell like a nice mixture of cologne and some version of that "old spice" soap. but im the girl and i should smell like peaches and honey because first of all that is my favorite sent and two, it just doesnt seem right to me. but i have dated a guy who literally smelled like peaches and i did like it for a while. especially when we kissed. but it just got too . . . strange to me.

there is nothing wrong with a guy being metrosexual. as long as we stay as friends. because i like my men, to be rough, tough, and can get down and dirty. . . on the foot ball field. metros, are cool to be friends with cause they like to get manicures. so we could go together and they could help me pick the right color of nail polish. but dating is out of the question. when a guy starts to show up to pick me up smelling like peaches and honey soap then i gotta take a step back.

the webster definition of love is,
a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.

but in my personally definition is when you love someone, you feel what they feel. when they hurting, you hurt too. you can't bare to see them feel that way. like with my best male friend. i known him since way back. and i love him to death. ever since we were young, when he saw me crying, he would always cry too. because he feels the pain i feel.

you forgot the part of true happiness. there is no life with out love. you go throw life just living not feeling. love keeps the heart pumping and the soul thriving. those you live a life of no love, live a life of depression.

if the guy was metro or whateva i wouldnt date him. we could be real good friends but dating is out of the question. i dont want to come over one day to see you plucking your eye brows. so weird.

well jek kad to me that is not true romance. sounds more platonic to me. but to me i believe there is no love with out romance. no true romance with out love.

none of those things you mentioned equals romance. they are romantic gestures but not romance. romance is the emotional attachment between two people. romance is when you come home and your partner serenades you with kisses. then leads you to the dining room where a meal a waits you. then together you enter the living area and listen to some R.Kelly and enjoy each others company and cuddle up.

True, even back in the days when racism was rampant a lot of black men and women were making history, things are even easier now, so we can't use skin colour and circumstances as a reason for not achieving we just rise above it not give up.

not necissarily!! i have lived in the south all my life. i have put up with all types of discrimination. and i really couldnt say things are that much easier. you are constantly reminded of your skin color every day where ever you go.

i guess you can say im a pretty romantic person. but when im with a guy, i want to feel that he is my armor to the world. he is there to protect me from the sorrows of life. but hey it could just be me.
