J111333:But she wasn't the only one that was drunk nah... Both were drunk! Besides,if she felt she never consented to the sex,why did she not leave the house that very day! However, she stayed for 4 months! Did he kidnap her for those four.months? |
Just thinking.....The spanish goalkeeper Adrian who just signed this season for Liverpool must be a very fortunate guy..... He spent most of his playing career at west ham and won nothing! Not even a league cup medal! But the moment he came to Liverpool, he won the Uefa Super cup,World club cup and now the EPL in just one season! Amazing! ![]() This life sha!
|
yachal:Superb! ![]() Permission to copy please? |
Dpharisee:That's the idea! ![]() |
Minemrys:Oga i dont pay attention to mere speculations as you have said above! So the players convinced klopp to play in a world club cup trophy? ....and FSG are okay with a trophy per season? Do you have proof of your assertions? Please dont say stuffs based on hearsay or beer parlour gist! Lets do facts! Please! Minemrys:There is no crap in what he is saying! The English football on its own is too jammed! This is why he needed to make some trophies a priority esp the major ones! So what would you have him do if he had a major tournament like the world club cup and the FA puts a league cup fixture 2 days later? Well the buck stops at his table and no one can truly blame him for prioritizing two major trophies in UCL and EPL over the FA cup and league cup! Until the FA reviews the fixtures of the FA and carabao cup,he will keep doing what he has been doing and he has my support! Simple! Lastly, its unfortunate you said they messed up against ATM and Chelsea.....after giving their all last year esp travelling days to dubai and playing during christmas and new year, its expected that some of the players will be obviously showing signs of fatigue which was too obvious when we met an average team like Bournemouth and only managed a 2-1 win over them! Nobody esp fans want to lose a match but it will happen and when it does,it must not weigh us down to the point where we blame a manager that has taken us to this humongous height! Its when you are down that you know what you are made of.....we lost to chelsea and ATM but we are now celebrating the ultimate trophy that had eluded us for many years all thanks to Klopp! Minemrys:Maybe i didn't make myself explicit enough for you to comprehend! The German league where Klopp comes from suspends their league for Christmas and resume on the second week of the new year! This will ensure the players get the needed rest....the players though paid huge amount of funds are not machines...even machines need rest! This flexibility in the German league ensures that top clubs like Dortmund and Bayern can compete in different trophies which includes the DFB trophy(likened to the FA cup in England) like you rightly pointed out without resting any of their star players! Same is applicable in other top leagues like Spain and Italy except the English league where you have to play 10 games(which includes Fa cup matches) inside 12 days! Minemrys:But the same Lovren played along side VVD when Gomez was off form and matip injured and he did okay though we all know his shortcomings No one likes to lose most of their star players, however, you have to manage until these players are back fit.....i remember last season when Fabinho and Henderson were asked to play the role of CB! Minemrys:You can call games where VAR went against them but have you called games where it favoured them? Twice VAR favoured them against Tottenham yet they missed their penalty! |
mindful01:Oga drop your sentiments for manutd and carefully read what i hightlighted......i was not referring to the present! If i say a child grew up dreaming of playing for a club then,i would be implying that such child may have been watching these clubs during the mid and early 90s when the likes of manutd were dominant in the EPL....mancity just won their first EPL in 2012! They haven't even won a UCL! .....and FYI,i am a LFC supporter but without sentiments! So relax! |
Minemrys:I do agree that we lost our brand due to inconsistency and poor management of our earlier success! Though liverpool are getting to that stage, consistency will definitely be attained with competing and improving! This will also include patience from the owners and players during difficult times...fergie also had his down period at manutd but the then owners believed and backed him and they came back again! Minemrys:True! Though i felt coutinho should have stayed for atleast a year before leaving barca....his attitude when he wanted to go was unacceptable! Though i won't mind having him back at anfield ![]() Minemrys:Success has many friends! In addition, they saw the progress and they were willing to be patient! So credit to them to some extent! Minemrys:I made mention of timing because he is coming from a league that is so flexible...and its easy to target all competitions available! Pep recently echoed Klopp's concern about the timing and muddled up fixtures in the english football! Most managers dont like the idea of having too many fixtures esp during christmas and new year but none has been able to speak up! Imagine putting a league cup fixture 2 days before a world club cup semi finals in far away dubai....who does that? ![]() As long as he remains competitive towards the title and champions league,no one will give notice to the FA and carabao cup(that offers no better incentives other than pocket money and some mini glory )....when the english Fa is ready, they will review their heavily jam-packed fixtures just to make money!Minemrys:First i think is really unfair and unfortunate that you label their feat a 'fluke'..... Fluke is an unlikely chance or occurrence .....this is a team that was second last year and only missed by just one point to eventual winners mancity and yet still came back in this season, despite many predicting their fall,to win the EPL with just 7 games to spare....the earliest club to have achieved such feat so far in the league! You can refer to the EPL win of blackburn rovers or leicester city as a fluke but certainly not that of liverpool! Mancity knew before now that they only had just one good defender after the exit of Kompany but Pep believed in the likes of Stones and Nicolas Otamendi but they failed him woefully! Is that the fault of liverpool? I do have my issues with Lovren whom i believe will be leaving by the end of this season, but including fantastic 'fabinho' with weak lovren in the same category is really hilarious and at the same time preposterous Well thats your opinion! Mancity unfortunate with VAR? Ohh please....that's an unwanted excuse! ![]() As if they are not the main beneficiaries of VAR decisions esp penalties which they always miss ![]() Minemrys:ok |
mindful01:I have not...you just didn't comprehend properly....i am not referring to the present! The selling part,IMO, involves the player and the relationship with the club and manager...one thing is certain...no matter how much a player is adored in LFC,they will always have a dream of playing for the likes of Real Madrid or Barcelona or even manutd....these are the clubs they grew up adoring as kids and aspired to play for one day! This is where you saw manutd....now slowly read why i included manutd using what i have already highlighted! Its not based on performance but the support base during that time! |
mindful01: ![]() I am trying to be honest! Mancity just came into the party just recently nah! who knew mancity during the mid and late 90s? |
Minemrys:The selling part,IMO, involves the player and the relationship with the club and manager...one thing is certain...no matter how much a player is adored in LFC,they will always have a dream of playing for the likes of Real Madrid or Barcelona or even manutd....these are the clubs they grew up adoring as kids and aspired to play for one day! The selling part also depends on the owners and their goal for the club....though in fairness, they have been patient with the former and present managers unlike other owners who change managers like wrapper! So far the relationship between the owners and the manager has been cordial and fruitful! Hopefully, such healthy relationship won't stop even when the intended goal is not achieved! For the FA and league cup,i believe klopp had once complained about the timing of such competitions as reason why he didn't make them a priority! You know very well that for a coach to be successful esp in the English football, you need to have a priority which should be in accordance with that of the club! I also do not think this season was a fluke.....Just as Pep said recently, its all about consistency and liverpool had it this season....which is now a prerequisite for LFC if they are to succeed in this tough league! Its not easy going toe to toe with mancity considering the level of play and stars that they have in abundance! I dont think we should talk about inflicting fear in other teams like manutd did during fergie's reign as manutd manager.....there are too many competitors in the EPL backed by money bag owners who are ready to spend and get the best players around the world to their club! I will borrow Klopp's philosophy which is competing and improving without forgetting your style of play which also includes counterpressing! |

Donjuan77:....making claims without substantial evidence is simply speculation! You cant put a man in prison based on speculation! U cant accuse someone of rape because you assume he has a face of a rapist! You must have PROOF! |
Its unintelligent to make spurious claims without any proof! Its even worse if his followers nod in affirmation without questioning where such information is emanating from! |
Expert17:This one really pain you ohh ![]() nah it will never get to that amount of years again trust me! One of the reason for the 30 years was due to inconsistency and the former owners trying to copy chelsea by throwing huge funds to buy average players while neglecting the aspect of building up a team! Look at the glory days of manutd under fergie.....there was consistency...they only bought players that will improve the team and no one left except the fringe players in the team! As long as LFC maintain a level of consistency and don't turn into a selling club(which will not happen in a long time),we can still compete by bringing in good players to improve the squad! |
shurlar50: ![]() He is now worth more than that today |
Martinez39s: ![]() Sorry ohh...na turn by turn! |
oga Ole, klopp never said he was going to DOMINATE the EPL like fergie....infact,Klopp has nothing but admiration for what fergie achieved at manutd! Klopp's very words were COMPETING and IMPROVING! That has always been his mantra ever since he came to liverpool! Ole should rather concentrate on making manutd better...thats if he has the requirements to do so....next season is a make or break for him! |
ReeLoaDead:Nope...we had destiny in our own hands right from time, had we lost to crystal palace and Chelsea won man city, you won't be saying this! Dey dere do fact! And I am not 'other fans'.....whether faster or not,Chelsea did not win the league for Liverpool! Double fact! |
IchBinBrait:They were putting on face masks! |
ReeLoaDead:I have zero pain over what happened! for starters, chelsea were not the ones to blame for our loss during the 2013/2014 season! ....and no its always a great feat when you win mancity in order to boost ur chances of a champions league spot that has recently been under threat due to the mini resurgence of manutd and wolves! Once again, chelsea did not win the league for liverpool.....its was already won by liverpool even before the pandemic and it was only a matter of when! Its as simple as that! |
ReeLoaDead:See you say it as if they handed Liverpool the trophy without having their own ambitions! Chelsea needed that win! It could have been any team....after all Chelsea ain't the first team to beat man city....so why all the fuss about them? If Chelsea had lost,we still would have got it at the etihad...if that fails,we still have a game against Aston villa! Its was only a matter of time! In simple terms,Liverpool were in control of their destiny unlike other seasons when winning the league depended on other team! |
KingAzubuike: ![]() You are the one that needs to keep quiet permanently! You know nothing about what you said! Did lampard kick a ball to help Liverpool like Gerard did? Next time read before typing! Nonsense! |
ReeLoaDead:Seriously? You did Liverpool no favours jare! Like I said,Chelsea had a reason to win yesterday! If they didn't win, they are vulnerable to manutd and wolves! Its as simple as that! On a normal day,Chelsea would have lost to man city! Liverpool already had their destiny in their hands! The title had already been grabbed! The name Liverpool was already being sculptured on the trophy! Its was only a matter of when! |
mrkings84: ![]() Night kor mare nii.... Chelsea did not hand over any trophy to us! We only needed two points to win the league! If we didn't do it against man city,we would have done it against any team! It was only a matter of when! Were chelsea the ones who took us to a 23 point lead? All your hilarious postulations are futile! I guess you were part of those who believed Liverpool would crumble at anfield against crystal palace! Abeg you guys should bother yourselves with qualifying for the champions league spot instead of braggadociously claiming you gave Liverpool the title! Noisemakers! Just imagine ![]() |
mrkings84:Process being shorter doesn't equate to singlehandly handing us the title like you were alluding to ab initio! I believe you know the difference! |
ReeLoaDead:Lol...they never made up for anything! There are so many matches Liverpool could have used to win the league...! Do you think Chelsea would play like this if they had nothing at stake? Manutd and wolves are breathing down their neck....and losing to man city wud have put them in a precarious position! Do you think a Chelsea team with nothing at stake would have bothered to win? Like I said, the win from Chelsea reduced the delay in presenting the league trophy to Liverpool! I would have agreed with you if this was the last decisive game and Liverpool were a point above man city needing chelsea to win for them to be crowned champions! |
Scenes from anfield! ![]()
|
Decimus:After fergie,no manager has won the league for manutd! The best they have achieved since fergie's exit has been second place during the time of Mourinho! |
mrkings84:I dont understand! ![]() Chelsea Gave who the league title? Even if chelsea had lost or liverpool had lost to mancity a week later,we would have won it against aston villa or against brighton! Chelsea only ensured that the wait wasn't delayed for which i am totally grateful.....but saying indirectly that chelsea aided liverpool english league triumph is heavily hilarious and a mindless mockery aimed at Gerard! ........besides,chelsea needed this win more than Liverpool to have a tighter grip on top 4! Liverpool Winning the EPL this season was inevitable....we didn't need anyone to do it for us like last season! ![]() |
Kayyy:To be honest, after watching that Gerard slip recently,i have concluded that it was sahko that caused it...he hurriedly gave that heavy pass to Gerard which unfortunately he could not bring under control...but that's history sha! |
