Awka Ibom is a battleground state, the governor should be protected and at the same time should not be allowed to use security operatives to the advantage of his party.

I strongly support the move by security agencies to temporarily cut down the number of personnel attached to political office holders. They can restore their full security once voting ends tomorrow. We must avoid any situation that can compromise tomorrow’s election.

Some times you guys surprise me with your comments. This is a sitting governor and if for security reasons it was dimmed necessary to reinforce his security apparatus with the military, why withdraw them at critical moments like this.

If according to you, he will use the military for election, is it then the remaining security officials left with him that he will not use?

Do governors parade around the state on election day harassing people with the military? Do the military take orders from the governor?

If they are cutting down security from political office holders because of the elections, I hope they will also cut down the security apparatus around the president, because he is also a political office holder and a contestant too.

Let us always try and condemn a wrong action irrespective of who does it, that is the only way we can move forward as a country.

No permanent friends or foes, just permanent interests (especially here in Nigeria where parties are not built on ideologies but built on personal interests), Remember that even Amaechi and Wike have the same Cloud of ungratefulness of one against the other, you can judge who the ungrateful one is among them if you know their political history.
