Who inspected and certified the building.
Which suppliers supplied the materials used.


So many people could be culpable in this death. When we don't do the right thing it may cost lives.

Army cantonement is way better. I've always felt its an institutional thing as the soldiers take better care of their person and environment. Polished boots, sparkling uniform. No litter in their residence with planted flowers
