Not all churches have wedding licenses so you have to go to the registry after church in some cases. You may marry in church but it may not be recognized by the law if the church doesn’t have a license.

Let me clear it for u...immediately you present a church marriage cert to uk, eu , canada or usa ..you are married ..the issue of not all church or mosque have marriage licenses is complicated becos ur country hardly update that databases so that why you will not see any visa refused for mosque or church weding cert licences issue.

Firstly,Tell the agent to give you the login and password to your account then confirm the application status urself. And you can come back here to ask a question..so many of thoes agent are dishonest sometime a client is already banned due to fake doc and they will hide it .

That's the best approach scammers use to catch your attention - offering free sponsorship but requiring a commitment fee. That 70k commitment you see? That's just the first payment. For the second payment, they'll ask you to pay for document verification or medical fees. Then, you'll be asked to fill out many useless forms. Next, they'll send you a fake job offer, and you'll find yourself paying and paying in different formats. Eventually, you'll realize it's a scam, but by then, you've already lost your money. The best-case scenario is they'll give you another visitor visa or a fake visa and dump you in Dubai or South Africa. So, stay vigilant and be very careful; scams are everywhere now and many many story dey of japa scam =)


and to your question visitor visa and work visa are 2 different category , people apply visitor visa and can still apply student ,or work visa with same profile you cannot be a doctor on visitor application and now a mechanic on work visa application that na direct misrepresentation but better face that your visitor visa as that ur work visa process no pure and the story still long it just started and pls keep us updated .

You don't need a supervisor to apply for a master's degree. A master's is different from a PhD but l will suggest you for for the Alberta to do a 2yr program in occupational therapy and physiotherapy assistance. With that you will get 3 years pgwp after graduation if ur school offer pgwp option!

I told myself i would only apply once to any country of my choice. I took years to build a good profile. Family, Business, assets.

I did not make a choice to come to canada just because ppl are flocking to canada.

If I hadn't applied to canada, I would have gone to Portugal. I NO APPLY FOR VISA BECAUSE OF VISA BONANZA, OR BECAUSE ITS THE NEW TREND.

If my study visa was rejected, i would have gone for a "Judicial review". You know what that is? It means I would have challenged the decision of the vo.

Congratulations on your 4th year of marriage in December, and I hope IRCC grant your wife's visa soon. Maybe that will cool down your temper and lead to more logical reasoning and objective insight . the power of love, I guess. Also, I advise you to continue preparing for the IELTS and jump into the pool. Do not be deceived by the 3-year postgraduate work permit. Canada's policy on international students and temporary workers is rapidly changing, and you need not relax, thinking that with a 3-year PGWP, all is settled far in advance. International students are a significant factor in generating revenue for the government of Canada, and the path to PR is not guaranteed. That's my honest advice to you. Additionally, a judicial review can cost anybody a minimum of upward of $3000 and could take 6 months to 4 years to resolve. Instead if your student visa is refuse you can obtain a CBSA/GCMS note and reapply, addressing the previous visa refusal reasons, rather than going through the costly long judicial review process.

Now remember he was probably a first time or frequent traveler and his visa was approved..
Very much so, same goes to people who use false documents to gain entrance into Canada, who are also frequent or first time travelers, you think they are not aware that people do that? But would they refuse visas based on that?
Answer is still no!!! Because they were able to convince the VO that they will return to their home country.
No one knows and no one should assume they know how the visa approval or refusal decision is made, besides do you think that a rich guy would apply for visa and start proving to the consular with plenty documents that he will return to his country? He will give him what documents he has, if they give him fine if not he’ll go to another country, no one with plenty assets, ties and busy schedule has the time to be convincing visa officer up and down!
My father in law was questioned by German border officer why he is visiting Germany, he stood up from their office and asked them to show him the next flight to Nigeria that they are asking him too many questions and he has lost interest in their country, the German border police had to drive him to his hotel, made sure he checked in safely and apologized for the inconveniences.
We do not know more than the country we are visiting, so either you encourage people or you just read the threads, drink water and sleep.

You can apply student visa while ur having a visitor visa..your visitor will not be cancel it 2 diff type of visa. Just make sure you do not use fake document when applying ur student visa so you not ban becos any ban will affect your coming to canada as visitor or student
