I didn't say I never got answers... Actually I got a lot of answers.. and i compared them with each other... My deconversion wasn't a case of unanswered questions.

Like I said earlier.. i looked at things from multiple perspectives.. and not just the Christian one. So if i ask a question.. I'm not asking just the Christians.. I'm asking the Muslims.. Buddhists.. spiritualists.. scientists and so on

Cos from my own personal journey, I have noticed that it is almost as if there is a central theme when you take a wholistic look at different religions and even science.

Therefore, rather than being rendered at any special place, our worship will be acceptable to God if it conforms to what the Bible teaches and is guided by the holy spirit.

Yet they released a letter of recent to all their congregations complaining that some have decided to continue and remain on ZOOM meetings at home instead of going to the kingdom halls stating they are not doing more to worship Jehovah in person at and inside the kingdom halls.




Kingdom halls na special and sacred place of worship for them that's why they dedicate it to Jehovah despite stating in the article metioned above that God don't need such places. If indeed kingdom halls are not sacred, dedicated or special places for worship. Let them open them up for other public events or gatherings or use it as polling booths for elections

This brings back so many memories - it is almost nostalgic.

I was a member of the drama crew in my early to mid teenage years.

I still remember going to the kingdom hall every Saturday for drama rehearsals.

We each had scripts and a recording of the drama that you had to mime along to.

The dramas were my highest point during the district conventions - now known as regional conventions.

Another thing I liked about the convention was that during break time, my friends and I would go and "tax" older brothers for money we could use to buy snacks and take pictures.

These conventions were almost like our own mini Christmas.
