Oga madam Liverpool street is in central London. The heart of d city (in London, d city is d financial district), u find university and office buildings in DT area. Even dt iconic igloo-looking building (cant rmmbr d name) is in DT area. You will not find RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGs. Its just a specialist foreign market mainly for fabrics.
