Ifeanyi Okowa is seriously working. His problem is that he is not doing it in urban centers (Asaba and Warri) to get media attention. Over the years, those two places have enjoyed government's attention to the detriment of the riverine areas, but Okowa is rewriting the story.
Tell him to do Samagidi-Kokori to Urushue to join the Eku ~ Abraka road.

It is the black soot courtesy of the illegal activities going on in the state.

Young men now freely break oil pipelines and divert crude which they cook in adjourning areas releasing the toxic particles into the atmosphere.

From around the university in the new calabar river, to the Ahoada river, to the ogoni axis, Okrika, Ikwerre, all over is the smell of the end product being diesel and then the trapped particles in the atmosphere.

It is an environmental disaster and government has decided to look the other way. Men in bikes and jerry cans, tankers parked at the side of the roads where they are no depots or petrol stations to load in the "refined" diesel and "export" to other places.

This is the beginning of a security threat that could become worse than banditry in the future.

Mr Projects should do something about the Pensioneers, then he should tackle the refuse situation in Port Harcourt, dumping dustbin in the middle of the road is unbelievable, lastly the soot that is the oga kpatata of them all.

There is quite a lot to be done and yes we commend him for the ones he has started.
