Gaabasky: Must we shipped the fuel to his refinery? Let connect pipe to his refinery from the oil well.
I'm not a fan of Dangote, the guy will bastardize every progress we have made so far in resurrecting our Pandgolo refineries. What is wrong if Abia, Rivers and Bayelsa States set up their own refineries to supply petroleum products to their peoples just as Edo Refinery is doing on a small scale? |

kenny714433: Not only owning a ship, building one too. I do watch on Discovery ID how most Singapore companies build those extremely mighty ship and I can't just help but marvel.
I saw one documentary how Palm oil is being shipped from Malaysia, the risk navigating the sea and all the technology involved. Forget it, we still have a very long way to go as a country.
Besides, if someone from Nigeria owned ship with such capacity, what would he be shipping with it? Maybe register with NNPC to be shipping crude oil? Nigeria used to have Nigeria National shipping Line (NNSL) which had 32 ships in 1979 but was mismanaged with monumental corruption such that by 1995, Abacha had to liquidate the company. |

You can liase with some Billionaires around you and buy two big ships to start plying around Nigerian water ways carrying crude and other materials. |

Staywithbina: Let me say this here ,the police don’t have so much intelligence to get this criminals because people have lost faith in the police ,the criminals know this too and that’s why they are not even afraid ,the people that kidnapped this girls and are demanding this huge ransom are not ordinary kidnappers, they are terrorist and am sure this money they collect are being used to buy more arms and more equipments for there mission ,this terrorist don’t care about life and so the money is the only thing they care about ,they are monsters and no conscience and I pray the kids come back safe ,
Nigerians are smart people and every initiative to put on the table to tackle insecurity becomes fruitless because they will always find a way to Maneuver it ,you say police should track the call by gps ,it’s obvious the person calling might not even be with the victims and is moving from one place to another ,you say they should track by nin, they use victims numbers to make call ,
The police doesn’t have much intelligence and that’s the problem ,no cameras ,nobody is ready to report anything he or she observed ,it will surprise you that this people are being held in one neighborhood like that and people wil know that something is not really going fine but they won’t bother to go to the police because people have lost faith in police ..people have lost faith in police so it makes it harder this time Every call can be tracked and triangulated to know the location where the calls are coming from. The real problem: the bandits/terrorists have members in the security agencies collaborating with them on the ground of religious, regional or ethnic solidarity. Togo and Benin Republic are small countries with weaker security agencies but these Banduts/Terrorists can't operate there because they will be dealt with without powerful Sheiks/Emits pulling the strings to protect them |

You can't give what you don't have. Solving kidnapping requires intelligence. We have dumb people incharge of security in this country. They are NOT dumb but comprised. This is the result you get when vested sectional interests are elevated above National interests such that certain people from a particular religion and regions can't be punished for their past wrong doings |

This is a dramatization or probably a movie.
When was the camera invented? When was slave trade abolished? The Arabian slavery persisted for over a century after the abolition of the Transatlantic Slave trade. Saudi Arabia officially abolished slavery in 1962 |

But all the blacks sold to Arabs( muslims) are no where to be found...decimated
Noo, you are wrong.
The male black slaves were often castrated while the female black slaves worked and also served as concubines to the Arab Patriachs thus, about 10% of the Saudi Arabians have African DNA through these old female slaves. I have met many black Saudi Arabians that could pass as Fulanis or Somalis

The issue here is not about one Nigeria or two Nigeria but SELF PRESERVATION. They were massacred by Biafran Forces and wanted Biafra to leave them alone. They wouldn't have been protesting against Biafra if Biafra had left them alone. Did you see anybody in Gboko or Jalingo protesting against Biafra? |

They'll definitely suffer under Ijaws but they can't help it. So, their future is bleak. How is that your business? If Igbos could be locking horns against a major ethnic group like the Yorubas over the control of Lagos, in Yorubaland, the minorities knew what could have befallen them in Biafra in which Igbo would have been the sole major tribe. They understood the Igbos better and earlier. |

Ikwere only started identifying their self as a distinct tribe after the war to avoid the wrath of feds and ijaws. FALSE, Ikwerre was not invented after the war and this wasn't even the crux of this protest. These people didn't want their people be massacred by Biafran Forces. They have a right to express and protect themselves and their heritage. Igbos have been telling their narratives of the civil war, allow others to express their own narratives. |

Yujin: When an Adamu and Ibrahim is interested in the disagreement between brothers who speak the same language, know it that it specifically for his own good and not for either of them. The question is this; why do non-Biafrans i.e those who have no business with Biafra concern themselves with those who will be part of it or not? Why are these same people silent on the killings of their fellow Nigerians from their own territory in northern Nigeria? They actually love the ethnic cleansing happening there but will fake to love any ethnic group in Eastern region who disclaims Biafra. They want a dead Nigeria with daily bloodshed to continue but hate to hear about Biafra who have been wanting to stay on their own to build a great country for all those within her. Just think about it. Biafra is part of Nigerian History and people from different Nigerian tribes died in the Biafran civil war. Thus, ANY Nigerian can discus about Biafra My Step-mum once recalled in a most emotional tone that shortly after the death of their father, three of her younger brothers joined the Military and were posted to fight in the Biafran civil war. One was never seen again, one returned home and was discharged from the Army with a disability while one returned home as a decorated soldier and eventually became a Military Governor of Lagos State. Atthairu, Ewang, Adeyemi, Ossai, Martins, Mshellia , Okonkwo, Ado, Uche and several other Nigerians from all sides died in the Biafran War. |

They just have different mums. Yinka is Remi’s son whereas Seyi is Tinubu’s son from another woman. Children don’t get the full spectrum of their character from one parent.
Yinka may have more of Remi in him and Seyi may have his dads chromosomes as more dominant in his DNA. Then personality differ. I was surprised one day when our elderly neighbour of many years talked about one of the numerous young men in his house as his son. Then, i initially thought he just used the 'son' casually then their uncle confirmed it that that young man in his true son and that i should check their grandfather's portrait in the sitting room with that guy's face. Then i asked why is this guy so disciplined, respectful and not wayward like his older children (i used to think he was just an extended family member living with them). He explained that ,unlike the older children who were born and raised in the UK, this last born was born in Nigeria and once lived with their Grannies. |

This is NOT true and very insensitive to the other Nigerians.
The true picture is that Nigeria is gradually becoming a nation, through cultural assimilation and cultural diffusion.
Every tribe will give and receive certain things from each other over a long period to for a new Nation from the various components.
even Yoruba also borrow and assimilate several things from other tribes e.g Foods (Fufu, Isi-Ewu, Ogbono, Suya etc), Words (Oga, Adura) and above all DNA as inter-tribal marriages have increased in the last 30 years. This isn't just in Lagos but in many rural areas of Osun and Ondo States where the populations of Urhobo,Igala, Agatu and now recently Igede Farm workers have risen astronomically from the 1960s and these people marry (or more correctly, impregnate and get impregnated by) the local indigenes. |
