There are, so many schools in Nigeria and overseas that accept the certificate.
Do you no that before, you can gain admission in overseas colleges and universities you to sit for TOEFL,ELIETS,IJMB and GMAT/GRE exams.

One point we are missing is this, bereaucratic principles
dictataes you keep a duplicate copy for any documents you issue out. CSU said they don't have any certificate for Tinubu. The original one they made was given to someone else.

CSU and virtually all universities don't keep copies of certificates they issue out.
If you go to University of Ilorin or UNILAG and ask for duplicates of the certificates issued in 1980, they won't have them. However, they can verify from their records ,if such a student graduated from their university in 1980 and then, issue a replica

And mind you, that false claim was actually used in gaining admission to South West college and that makes it even more complicated for Tinubu cos once the legal battle starts, South West college will waste no time in stripping him off and that automatically nullifies the degree he got from CSU cos it was the transcript from South West college that gave him admission to CSU.

The Officer only said ,the University don't normally certify such replacement documents but it must have been certified by Me Orr (because it is been sent to Nigeria where such practices are needed).

The Officer also said that ,in the US, Registered Third Party Vendors are allowed to issued replacements Diplomas after verifying the Students records from the University
