majiouk2002:I was asked to provide same document after submitting bank statements (reflecting salaries), pension statement from IBTC and payslips. I just told them i didn't have(I paid tax on all my earnings though, just I didn't have time going after the documents). I quoted the MSA booklet to them saying; bank or pension statements can be submitted in place of tax documents. My positive outcome returned the next day (on a Saturday sef). I got the hint from someone on this forum too (May be Retto). Try search through my previous posts, I stated the exact page and line from MSA booklet to them. |
Jamson! Jamson!! Jamson!!! Why is it now of all time you will not be reachable? |
chidike:Congrats bro...............go there and conquer. |
Vinsmuft:The madam can sure be the primary applicant. The PRs become independent once they are obtained by each family member. The madam would just need to validate her visa like other family members and ensures she's back in Australia before the initial 5-years expires (one expert on expat forum even said up to two days before expiry). In addition, if a couple dissolves their marriage after getting PR (even before activation), their PRs are still valid and independent. This is what i gleaned from expat forum and I stand to be corrected. |
PM me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rett0: |

Hi Bellong, I'll be glad if you can shed more light or point me to where I can get further information on Masters by research you mentioned below. Does it apply to all University in Aussie? Can a PR benefit from it on arrival or one would have to wait for two years like other PR benefits? Does it extend to PhD too? Thanks as always. bellong: |

Hello House, I've been trying to fill EOI for subclass 190. My point is 55, so I should have 60 with NSW's 5 point addition. But the system has been insisting that my point is 70. I have checked all the information I submitted, can't spot where I blew it off. People who have submitted EOI should help please. Point break down below; Age (31); 30 BSc; 15 Work exp (2010-2013, 2014-date); 10 Total; 55 |
jamson:You too much bro.......I will be glad to have your expert touch in my prepping, that 10 points must show by fire by force. Will PM you through this username. The one up there (emergency911) was opened on emergency with my official email address when this one was malfunctioning like two days ago. |
Hello House! I got an update from EA today asking to upload my Tax return for all the employment stated...........please, those who have scaled through, how did you go about this requirement? Is it compulsory? I have submitted all employment ref, payslips, pension details, and bank accounts details already. |
OzyMigrant:Please house, help read this in-between the lines. Considering the highlighted phrase, can I take it that since Sudan is not listed, I might not need to present PCC from there? jamson:Mhen! e be like sey na this PCC go be wahala for me o (am not there yet though). My wife had her MBBS from Sudan ( she was in and out the country for 6-yrs). I went to their embassy in Abuja to find out how we can get a PCC for her, they said she must travel down, even after explaining to them that she currently has a 2-month old baby on her hand. Is there any alternative for this kind of PCC?.........we have both already obtained for Nigeria from Alagbon. Plus am already preparing application for mine from the UK, where I also studied. Going to Sudan is far from being an option o, aside from the financial implications (like 400K), the Journey will be too demanding for her and my kid. |
Buddie14:Bro, please can you point me to the material you used? Is this your first attempt? |
chidike:I'm wondering if this applies to EA........was thinking it's the assessing body's head ache to verify employment history and allocate points. Does DIPB still re-verify the same experience? |
